Hello We have surveys that are available to users in both English and French. We do not know the recipient’s preferred language so the “Language” field in the Contact List is left blank. Using this method, we learned and have confirmed that the surveys automatically display in the language that the recipient’s browser is set to. However, for the email invitations, they seem to not behave the same way even though there are multiple translations indicated beside the “Load Message” button when composing the email. Surveys I receive from other survey platforms seem to be able to detect language. Is there a setting or a trick in Qualtrics to have the emails automatically display is the recipient’s email browser setting if the recipient’s preferred language is not known/ not housed in the Contact List? Thanks, @RodgerK That is not possible you need to pass language code as per the recipient's language or need to send it in a standard language like English

Hi I have made quite a few changes to my current live survey and the link is embedded in our internal portal. We don’t want to change the link and survey since yoy comparison becomes difficult. Is it possible the copy over the changes from a different survey to the current live survey without losing the data? I have added a few questions and removed some. But instead of making the changes in the survey one by one I created a new one tested it and just want to copy it over the live one. @mdaruka you have to implement all the changes in your live survey one by one, you cannot copy over changes also its a live survey with data coming in , so you need to be careful when you publish those changes.

During the full launch of our survey, we noticed that the quota conditions which were set for some gender and age groups disappeared during the survey. We set quotas for 2 genders (male, female) and 4 age groups each (18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54). For three categories: female+25-34, female+35-44, female+45-54, the condition specifying that gender should be female did not appear in the quota. We reviewed all previous and published versions of the survey and the quotas were always set correctly. However, we noticed that in the published version, the female quota condition disappears and then reappears when the page is refreshed. This is even though all previous versions of the survey show the correct quotas, but for some reason the first version of the survey does not unless refreshed. We cannot figure out why this is happening and we cannot field the survey until this is resolved. @confusedsurveyor It might have happened that the survey was opened in more than one system at a time and

sreeranjani it happened with me quite a few times it usually is related to browser issue clear your cache and cookies or try it out with a different browser. The issue will be resolved after some time on its own.

Joining the Qualtrics community page is the best thing happened to me in 2023. I am using Qualtrics from last 3 years but I recently joined the community page , its a routine for me to check the page on daily basis the most amazing feature for me is DASHBOARD AND THE PLATFORM. The new updates are enhancing day by day which is making it smooth in comparison to its competitors. I love how I am eager to try new things in Qualtrics and the Flexibility to experiment with embedded data , dashboard, platform.💚💛💙And in community page everyone is so kind and helpful to each other.
