Email Template (1) (1).txtHTML used for email template is working on Gmail Desktop & Mobile and also Outlook Mobile but the background is not getting picked up on Outlook Desktop version. Would anyone happen to know why this is happening?
Has anyone experienced Email Template HTML working everywhere else EXCEPT Outlook Desktop version?

+17sreeranjani it happened with me quite a few times it usually is related to browser issue clear your cache and cookies or try it out with a different browser. The issue will be resolved after some time on its own.
