Hello Everyone,

 

I have a survey where I want to check the complaints raised by my respondents, unfortunately as for now if I download the history of the distribution of emails I am not able to find any information regarding it.

In the distribution tab where we can see the details (refer to ss), I want to look into the complaints filed by respondent which currently i am unable to.

Complaint here refers The number of notifications Qualtrics servers receive from the email provider when a recipient clicks ‘Report Spam’ (or equivalent) for a Qualtrics originated email.
