Hello,
I was analysing some data and found that there is a discrepancy between the data respondents can download after they finish the survey (response summary) and the data which is stored in qualtrics (in tab Data & analysis). The survey uses anonymous link.
Basically, our respondent send us his PDF which he downloaded after he completed the survey, we then looked into the official survey data in Data & analysis and found a discrepancy in one variable.
Does anybody know why this happend?

+30This could possibly occur if a response is edited in Data & Analysis. If that's not likely in your case, I would suggest contacting Qualtrics support and asking them to look into it.
