Download the translation from Qualtrics as a CSV or TSV file 2. Plug in the translations 3. Select All > Copy All 4. Go to Google Sheets and open an Excel sheet 5. Paste All 6. Save the Excel sheet as a TSV 7. Upload the TSV into Qualtrics (without opening it first) For anyone else who needs assistance with this, please reach out to our Support Team! 😃
Hi, @DiannaR! With a Qualtrics trial account, you will only have access to 100 responses total across all of your surveys. Because of this limitation, we recommend that you purchase or sign up for a full license with your organization before you send out your survey. Hi, @fstram! Data from distributions technically count as separate responses, so they will not have a category tied to them. When mapping the distribution, the category data would need to be pulled in from the email distribution, which would only work if the category corresponds to the survey taker's first or last name. Being able to pull embedded data with distribution mapping would be a great product idea. If you have not yet already, I’d recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category. Hi, @dkaszas! When you test this in the survey flow, you will need to use a real IP address and can’t use the piped text. Once you are ready to test it live (as opposed to the test button in the survey flow), you can insert the piped text. Further, you will want to insert the query string in your endpoint (?api-key=XXXXX) where it says “Add a query parameter." If you are still experiencing issues after following these steps, you may need to reach out to our Support Team and walk them through how your API works so they can fully assist you.
Hi, @krishiyer! The details on who received the survey must come from the distribution API calls, not the survey API calls. Given a survey ID, you can use this API call to list all the distributions for a survey. The specific call you will need to use will depend on if you use XM Directory or not. If you want to know specifically WHO received it, you will then need to take the ID of the recipient and make the appropriate API call to get the history for the contacts in that contact list and see if they received it or not. Although you can sort the graph to show the top buildings, you won't be able to limit it to five. Hi, @DiannaW! Once the comments have been translated, they will show up as new embedded data fields in the dataset. These new embedded data fields will need to be added to the dashboard and the widget will then need to be remapped before you will be able to see them.
