If survey is delivered before trial account is changed, will all the responses be there?
I'm delivering a survey with 20 questions, 2 are filter questions. I haven't converted my account over to a license one yet. If I deliver the survey will all the results be stored, then once I pay, have access to all the data? Or does Qualtrics only store the first 10 questions?

Hi, @DiannaR! With a Qualtrics trial account, you will only have access to 100 responses total across all of your surveys. Because of this limitation, we recommend that you purchase or sign up for a full license with your organization before you send out your survey.
