Using translated comments in multiple dashboards? | XM Community

I have an NPS survey with translated comments from multiple languages that is working properly in its own dashboard, but when I import that survey into an executive dashboard with 6-7 other surveys, the comments show up in the response ticker in their original language.



While I realize that each dashboard needs to have certain functions (such as Text IQ tagging) done independently for each dashboard, I would think that translated comments would carry over from one dashboard to another.



Does anyone have experience with this? I don't see a way to translate these comments from within the second dashboard.
Hi, @DiannaW! Once the comments have been translated, they will show up as new embedded data fields in the dataset. These new embedded data fields will need to be added to the dashboard and the widget will then need to be remapped before you will be able to see them.
