Ticket Reporting Page - Table Widget - Show % of closed tickets by Ticket Owners per month

I want to see the % of tickets closed by ticket owners by month. I.e. Owner X with 2 tickets created during March and one of them already closed would show 50% under Mar 2023. 3 tickets created during April and 2 closed would show 67% under Apr 2023, etc.I’ve set up the table widget with the count metric, ticket owner as the rows, createdAt date field as the columns, and a widget filter status to “closed”.I can see the amount of tickets created per month per ticket owners using the value (default) metric count setting, but I can’t see what I want using the % metric settings.

Text IQ- How to export the individual comments captured in a topic?

Seems simple but I cannot see how I can export the individual comments captured under a topic created in Text IQ. Guidance appreciated.Also I did not see how to use wildcards in text IQ. E.g. does this work (work* or employ* or "good employ*"). Which brings me to the question of if there is a broader set of syntax tips than is provided in the tool.Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.Greg

Text response doesn't match agent's score

We are surveying customers after their contact with our call center measuring both call center and agent satisfaction.  We have identified some instances where the agent did nothing wrong (user even complimented them in the open text) but gave them a bad score.  Is there a way for a dashboard user (non-technical without access to the source survey data) to exclude this poor satisfaction score from the agent to not adversely affect their scores?

Automatic topic assignment based on response length

Is it possible to automatically assign a topic to a response when the character/word count of a comment is below a certain threshold?Background: we get lots of great feedback from our customers, but we also get a fair amount of short, unhelpful feedback (“it’s good” or “its ok” or “idk”) that I’d like to filter into a catch-all topic. My goal is to make sorting through untagged feedback more efficient - if I can clear out junk responses first, spotting real trends becomes much easier.I know I can filter comments using “it’s good” as search criteria, but I don’t want to exclude a real response that uses “it’s good” as part of a longer sentence or phrase.

How to diffrentiate funnel data with the actual survey in Dashboard?

I am creating a dashboard for a survey but when I am pulling out the data the old data is getting pulled out which is causing an issue, can someone help me and tell me how to separate them while adding them both.

Calculating response rate for every survey

I’m interested in knowing the % of people who answered a survey compared to the total number of people who received a given survey. It’s as simple as that, however Qualtrics makes it so complicated. I went several times through this page, but it just doesn’t work for me: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/xm-directory-respondent-funnel/#ResponseCompletionRateFirstly, I don’t want to know how many survey were started, only how many were finished ones.Then, I don’t care if the answer comes from an invite or a reminder. Also, I have several distributions per survey project. How can I measure yearly trends for my response rate? Finally, when I add the funnel statistics to a dashboard, I have the impression the calculation is made for the whole directory of the contacts. How can I filter on one specific survey? Knowing that I have embedded data in each survey that helps me differenciate between them. But in the data source of the funnel statistics this field is nowhere to be

Including a ResponseID Link in a Dashboard Widget

We want to be able to view a customer's survey from a Record Grid Widget (i.e. add a Column that would include the Response ID as a link). However, the Response ID is one of the few pieces of Survey Metadata unavailable for mapping in Dashboard Data. The functionality in the Data & Analysis tab is what we're after (where we can display a column for Response ID or use Actions to View or Export to PDF), but we do not want to give our dashboard users access to that tab.In the Survey Flow I added an embedded data block with a field name ResponseID (Reserved Embedded Data fields cannot have custom values). I mapped it in Dashboard Data as a Text Set. I could then add a column to the Record Grid (Survey Metadata - ResponseID). It pulls in the ResponseID values, but does not automatically link to the survey when you click on that field (like the behavior in Data & Analysis).

Records Grid-Format with HTML

I know that there is a way to recode text values with HTML so that words will be formatted differently in the records grid widget. For instance, "YES" would be green and "NO" would be red. I can't seem to get it to work though.

Importing Records in qualtrics

Hi All,I am facing an issue in importing the records in Qualtrics. I have about 3-4 lakhs Historical records from Medallia in a .csv formatted file which I am suppose to import in Qualtrics. But facing the issue as some records are not aligned. I am getting below error Error :RSP_6 - Row 7752 has 161 columns; expected 359 (CDAP_RI_000) Is there any solution so that I can import records on one go. Thanks in Advance for all the solutions !!!

Dashboard Help for Scoring Embedded Data

Hi all,I have added a scoring category to my dashboard as embedded data and the data field can be selected within widgets but no data is being populated.  The scoring categories were created after the dashboard was created.There is data present within the survey data tab so I know that there should be figures available.Can someone advise if I have missed a step after adding the scoring embedded data to dashboard data area.  The embedded data for scoring is added as numeric value. the scoring categories are not in the survey flow as embedded data but I didn't think this mattered.Many thanksChris

How to make a counter to add each time an IQ text topic appears and store it in a field

Hello, I'm trying to create a field that calculates or acts as a counter for all the times a topic appears in text IQ... this in order to calculate the percentage of times the topic appears over the total or the sum of all the topics  Thank you in advance

Configuring Dashboard Widget to Match PowerPoint Visualzation

Hello, everyone! I am working on trying to replicate a visualization generated in Excel/Powerpoint into Qualtrics Dashboards and would love some guidance. I know that we likely won’t be able to exactly replicate this, but I would appreciate another set of eyes on this.When trying to build this out, I am realizing that we will need to split up the widget into two because of the Respondent Funnel data (the 3-5 columns) and the normal data. I am just hoping we won’t have to split it into three. This is what I have started with but I ran out of Rows/Columns already. Thank you all so much in advance. This is a unique use case but I am hopeful we can come up with something that would be visually appealing.

Response Ticker Widget Help

Hi AllAgain thanks for the ongoing help! Learning more and more everyday!I have a response ticker widget being populated by approx. 20 content fields from a carry forward form question.I asked.What do you like via multiple choice, then carried these options forward and asked why.The response ticker widget is working as expected but is pulling in all responses even if the question was skipped.Like this….Hope you can help and how can I filter out WRONG?👊

Table widget showing scrollbar

Hi! In trying to making a clean looking Results page and ÇX dashboard, I have this annoying thing where table widgets show a scroll bar even though eveything is visible. Manually resizing the whole widget does not help, nor rezigin the columns. Is there somewhere I have to click to automatically resize the columns, like in Excel? Any ideas how to solve this?

Standard deviation in CX Dashboard and Results widgets

I'm suprised to find that there is no Statistics widget in de CX Dashboard of the Results page. I simply can't find the Statistcs Table, and there seems to be no way to create a Custom Metric of Formula. At least, I haven't been able to.There is a Support page dor it (Statistics Table (Results) (qualtrics.com)) and there are many Community posts on the topic (Statistics table in the new Results Dashboard? | XM Community (qualtrics.com)). I mailed support, but did not get an answer.I know that there is an option in Reports, but I can hardly make screenshort and put those in my dashboards...How to find and display the Standard Deviation for a series of likert-scale questions in Dashboard and Results?

Block filter

Hi  I have a widget that shows the YTD NPS but when i add month filter it gets affect, i need it not to be affected by it. Do you know how to block a widget so it doesn't gets affected by the page filters? Thanks!

Can you add Survey Completion Percentage to Distribution Dashboard?

We recently made some changes to a survey, increasing the length from one page to two, which has (predictably) reduced our completion percentage (Completed = 1 / Started = 1). I need to add a metric to our distribution dashboard that shows how many respondents at least finished the first page (40% Progress) but I don’t see that as an option in the Distribution data or the documentation (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/distribution-reporting/), only in the response data.Am I just missing it or is there a workaround available?

Adding benchmark scores to a group in a table widget (CX Dashboard)

Hello! In a CX Dashboard Table widget, how do I show the custom benchmark (added in the benchmark editor) next to the average score for statements from a group of questions?This is what I did:Grouped a series of questions in the dashboard editor (klantwaarden) Download the template in the benchmark editor Added all bechmark scores to each of the mapped questions Uploaded the benchmarks in the benchmark editor Created a table widget, added count and average in the metrics Added the group “klantwaarden” tot the rows All good up to here, but then: I add the benchmark, select the group “klantwaarden” and nothing shows! What am I doing wrong?As you can see in the screenshot, the benchmark column is curiously empty:
