Hello! In a CX Dashboard Table widget, how do I show the custom benchmark (added in the benchmark editor) next to the average score for statements from a group of questions?
This is what I did:
- Grouped a series of questions in the dashboard editor (klantwaarden)
- Download the template in the benchmark editor
- Added all bechmark scores to each of the mapped questions
- Uploaded the benchmarks in the benchmark editor
- Created a table widget, added count and average in the metrics
- Added the group “klantwaarden” tot the rows
- All good up to here, but then: I add the benchmark, select the group “klantwaarden” and nothing shows!
What am I doing wrong?
As you can see in the screenshot, the benchmark column is curiously empty:
