I am one of the luckiest people at my organization. As the Qualtrics Admin, it is my responsibility to introduce the Qualtrics App to my colleagues. On two occasions I have trained, coached and implemented new surveys with these colleagues. Both of these colleagues were able to recognize me within our organization. To them I am thankful. I am thankful for the assistance I received from JamieM (Jamie Morningstar of Qualtrics) in 2018. I had met with her and the Engineering Team at Qualtrics to showcase the reporting that our organization had put together using Qualtrics. During this meeting I had a request for a change to the Qualtrics Reporting platform to add an additional option for the Time Period Query / Filter. The ask was to add and option for Last 365 Days and within a few weeks of the ask, the Engineering team came through and added this option. Her reply to me was "Your Last 365 Day Filter has been added." #grateful #Last365Days

👻 Spooky Season | Badge of the Month | October 2021

I am not sure if this is would be considered a "horror" or "spooky" movie, but the psychological thriller of MISERY would be my top choice for scary movie. Kathy Bates was pure evil in this flick. A well deserved Academy Award Best Actress in 1991.

😷 Coronavirus' Experience Impact | Badge of the Month | August 2021

Being at home more has made my family and I focus more on Home Improvement projects. Since the pandemic started, we as a family have made home projects a priority. We have redesigned our workspaces, painted many of the rooms, remodeled a bathroom, and even built and furnished a large outdoor deck. Grant it, the stimulus payments have certainly helped us in these efforts.

🌏️ Summer Travels | Badge of the Month | June 2021

LaurenK Not to steal your thunder, but here is a photo I snapped from the Grand American Hotel in February 2016, while I was at my first Qualtrics Summit. The timing was just perfect. I had wrapped up my first day at the Summit which included a full day of Certification classes and finally made it to my room. When I looked outside, I saw this view and felt, WOW ! Hopefully in the coming years, I can bring my family to Utah to get a closer look of the mountain range.

🕞️ A Trip Through Time | Badge of the Month | May 2021

If I had a Time Machine like the one from Back to the Future trilogy, I would want to travel to the time and place where my parents were young adults just meeting each other. Kinda like the McFly family with George, Lorraine and Marty. It would be amazing to see my parents interaction with each other.

🌿 Spring Has Sprung | Badge of the Month | April 2021

As a fan of the band Rush, I can easily say that there are so many songs that I could list here. 2020 was a sad year because it was the year that Neil Peart, the world renowned drummer passed away. Little do people know, but he was also the band lyricist and wrote many of the band's greatest song. One song that reminds me of Spring and Springing forward is the song Marathon. The lyrics depict how one would feel while running in an actual marathon, but the meaning of the song is meant to use a marathon (an extreme challenge) as a metaphor  for life, and say that life is full of obstacles and is all about achieving one's personal goals. I am under the impression that they will not receive the email. Reminders only send to those that have not started or completed the survey.

I am very certain you can use Group email accounts. We store numerous email addresses in our Embedded Data Contact list and route multiple triggers to the correct groups. Each address should be separated by a comma and space. Perhaps you might need to check that the address is typed correctly and ensure that there is no additional space.

Yes - Absolutely, You can use the Survey Flow and identify the path of Survey based on Embedded Data. The design elements would have to be defined in the Survey Editor.

Ideas for how to share insights

Data is definitely the key to being successful. I know that is a generic statement, however the data needs to be disseminated and available for review. With the Qualtrics Application, we use Triggers to email stakeholders the moment a survey is completed. We also provide real-time reporting to our stakeholders so they can view both summary and details.

🍀 Let's talk about luck | Badge of the Month | March 2021

I am not one to stop a celebrity or popular personality and make small talk for the sake of making small talk with them. I feel that they need their personal space and privacy like we all do. However during the Qualtrics Summit in 2016, I saw Captain Phillips in the lobby of the Grand Hotel in SLC and we were both grabbing a cup of coffee and pastry for breakfast. He said Good Morning to me and I replied back Good Morning Captain Phillips. He asked if I'd like to sit with him for breakfast. I obliged and we talked about the Summit, the Steven Tyler / Loving Mary Band concert from the night before and our hometowns.#InsightSummit #2016 #CaptainPhillips
