I contacted Qualtrics Support, and the easiest way to do this is to: 1. Copy my 360 project. (This does not copy my participants.) 2. Export my participant files (Subjects, Evaluators, and Managers) from the original project. 3. Remove the "Status" columns from these files. 4. Import these files into the copied 360 project like normal, making sure the "Automatically assign evaluators based on relationships" option is turned on.

I was using Rater Category Display Logic instead of page display logic and that was causing my data sources to have dashes. Whoops!

But it looks like these may be values that are pulling in from my directory, now that I think about it. I think the best solution is what you mentioned - just not to map them in my dashboard. @britain I checked that as well and that also doesn't seem to be the case. When I look at my data sources at the top of the report, instead of showing the number of responses to the right of each of them, it just shows dashes even though I know that person has 4 responses about them already.

@JasonHill I checked, and I don't have any display logic set on my report. Any idea what else it could be?
@AnthonyR It looks like only administrator's have access to that part of the platform. Can I set something up like this for a manager in their participant portal?
@AlexB - you were right. It looks like not everyone answered the question that this widget was pulling from so that # was lower that what we saw in Data & Analysis. Thanks!
Thanks @JakeW - that is a useful widget to know how to use but still not exactly what I'm looking for. I want these top box / bottom box categorizations to be available across all widgets (specifically a pie chart & a breakdown bar). Is there a way for me to group the data before selecting a widget?

@AnthonyR - sorry about that! I am using Postman to test these calls...I've been running the call and then using the "Send & Download" button to save my file.
@RachelTHREE - nope just the one address @KatC - that was it! Turns out they only opted out of one list...I went ahead and opted them out of all of them but it is good to know what happened so I can explain it better to respondents in the future :)

Ah, perfect - this is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction - one of the conditions you can set when creating a sample is "Recent Sample History" (see screenshot below). !
