Cannot access shared EE dashboard

My colleague shared an Employee Engagement project with me, but I can't seem to access the dashboard. Instead, I just get a message saying that it's not available. How can I get access?

Ask the administrator to make sure you have permissions. If not, ask the administrator to add you.
