I love NYE/NY Day - for the feelings of wrapping up the old, starting fresh. We slow down, hang out with friends or our kids, play games, etc. Just a nice together day without all the chaos of Thanksgiving/Christmas, etc. Food-wise, I love Thanksgiving because I could eat stuffing and cranberries all day, every day!
Depending on my mood, I usually just pick a daily mix, coffee house, or acoustic playlist...but I always end up gravitating to anything Imagine Dragons.

I'm really curious what the best practices are here...we still consider unfinished responses valid responses, especially if they answer our key metric. MikeBot - I didn't know there was an option in dashboard settings to exclude unfinished responses. I've looked for it and can't find it on my platform (could you share where that is?). Could it be that the dash needs to reindex after this setting is applied to ensure all unfinished responses are excluded??Other than that, if you don't want to delete all unfinished from your data set, you might need custom metrics for this, though that would be a huge lift if you need it applied on the full page. I wonder if you could do an advanced filter on each widget? Still a large lift, but not as much as with the custom metrics.
hallaodeh,To answer your original question, using started would be correct, as you have outlined, not finished + started. We actually use count vs sum:Of note, it doesn't look like you have any filters set on the calculation. Each field (completed and started) have a range of 0-1 with 0="false" and 1="true". You'd need to set your filters to "1" for each so that you're counting completed (True) over started (True).

I recently added a new position on my team AND lost a key member, so I'm starting the year hopeful to fill these two positions ASAP. B_Griffith Apologies for my delayed reply! That is puzzling that the average is so much lower in the gauge chart. I'm curious - when you add the response count to the widget, is it pulling in the exact number of responses you are using in your manual calculations? Additionally, if you duplicate that widget and have it calculate the top box, do you get the same result as you do with a manual calculation of CSAT? It just seems like something isn't pulling in accurately, but it's so hard to guess without being hands on! :)
Hi B_Griffith - it would help to better understand what you're expecting to see vs what the widget is displaying. What settings are applied? Is your question mapped correctly? Are you able to provide more details or a few visuals? I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot. :)

I'm sure there are specific topics/themes/trends that would pop out when filtered by country, especially when you have a large sample size. These trends/topics are likely diluted when included in the full data set.You might consider adding it as a product idea!
I agree - I usually end up doing a screen shot and pasting in the deck it rather than exporting a widget. It still isn't great quality, but is better. I'm also struggling now with the new font on the breakdown bars - it's white with black outline. The contrast is awful and it's hard to read on almost all colors.
One of my favorite things to do with my girls is to wait for a cold night so we can bundle up and fill thermoses with hot chocolate for a slow walk around the neighborhood to look at all the Christmas lights. It started a few years ago with me pulling my oldest in her wagon and now our middle pulls our littlest in the same wagon. ♥️ They usually sing Christmas carols, and there's always a disagreement about who can ride and who can pull the wagon, and someone always spills their hot chocolate down their sweater, but that's what makes memories, right?
Hi Younis - Have you tried using the field "Data Set Source" as your filter field? This will automatically pull in the names of your surveys into the dashboards vs having to create an embedded data field to capture them.
Younis - you should be able to add an advanced filter so that the table only pulls in the comments that are "not empty" and that don't include "n/a".
Hi Younis! Unfortunately, quarterly reporting isn't currently an option. I posted a product idea for this and it was archived. A bit frustrating because we have a need for quarterly reporting, as well. We either have to set reminders and do it manually or send monthly reports with quarterly views/trending. I'm grateful for the community! Sometimes, when I can't find exactly what I need in the support pages, I find someone with the same question (and a solution!) in the community. I love the Product Suggestion pieces because I find that so many others would benefit from the things on our wish list, as well. Hi Michael_Cooksey - Thanks for your reply. I tried that again and it still didn't log me into Basecamp. I tried a fresh browser page just to make sure something weird wasn't going on with my open browser and it still wouldn't work. I've logged into the Basecamp site previously without issue, so I'm not sure what's up. Could it be since we're on SSO log in? I follow all the steps to login with SSO, but it just cycles back to the main Basecamp page and doesn't complete the log in.
