Hello!
I’m starting a 2nd round of interviews for an Analyst to join my team. Both candidates say they have experience building dashboards and turning data into stories. In the past, I’d have candidates share a prior project/study they’ve worked on and present it to me so I can see how they represented and displayed the data, how they spoke about it, how they answered my questions, etc.
Our hiring process has changed so I’m only able to ask questions and I’m not able to do any sort of assessment or ask to see their work.
I welcome any and all suggestions on how I can really drill into their experience in a conversation without seeing examples.
