I was wondering if there is a feature in Qualtrics that would send a viewing invitation for the dashboard or Report automatically every 3 months to a client? preferably I would like it to send the dashboard of course
Is it possible to have an automated email update sent to client every 3 months?

You can do this via schedule email feature on dashboard where you can set it to monthly. Similar is the case with emailing reports.
You can include a link as well to view dashboard.

+35Hi Younis! Unfortunately, quarterly reporting isn't currently an option. I posted a product idea for this and it was archived. A bit frustrating because we have a need for quarterly reporting, as well. We either have to set reminders and do it manually or send monthly reports with quarterly views/trending.
