Announcing XM Community Connect

A new series of free, live, virtual events featuring a broad variety of event types for community members.

We'll be hosting community member roundtables, customer spotlight interviews, Qualtrics-led "AMA" (Ask Me Anything) events, as well as mentoring and coaching from Qualtrics team members and leaders – all designed to connect Community members with our global XM experts to enhance your Qualtrics product knowledge, as well as your XM Community experience.
Through these events, XM Community members will be able to showcase their product expertise, learn best practices from other Qualtrics customers globally, and make valuable connections with other Community members and Qualtrics staff.
When members reach certain ranks in our new Rank & Rewards program, they'll have even more exclusive, virtual opportunities to receive mentoring from Qualtrics team members and leaders, further develop product knowledge, and help shape the future of Qualtrics products through UX feedback sessions.

We're very much looking forward to launching this new initiative, and we're excited about everyone's participation! More speakers are already in the works for the rest of the year, as well!

This looks great but isn't too friendly for my timezone! Any idea whether recordings will be made available?

Hi bgooldfed yes, a few of the initial talks will be recorded and available to watch. And, I also want to schedule some Spotlight interviews that are live in your time zone, too! Be on the lookout for more info about that soon!

Hi, Michael_Cooksey - I've tried to register for the "Meet the Qualtrics Team" Sessions, however, I can't seem to get there. I click the link and click register. A pop-up window prompts me to log in. I select Qualtrics Credentials, log in, and then it takes me to the main basecamp landing page, however, the login didn't complete successfully. So, I navigated to the live webinar sessions from the main basecamp page, but it just cycles me through the same process and never successfully logs me in, so I can't register. I tried to login to the basecamp first before navigating to a session and it still doesn't work. I'm at a loss... Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi CMurph -- I am so sorry to hear about the troubles you have been experiencing!
Try logging into Basecamp, first -- then come back to the Community and try using the link. If that doesn't work, let me know, and I will make sure you get in.
So sorry again for the difficulties!

Hi Michael_Cooksey - Thanks for your reply. I tried that again and it still didn't log me into Basecamp. I tried a fresh browser page just to make sure something weird wasn't going on with my open browser and it still wouldn't work. I've logged into the Basecamp site previously without issue, so I'm not sure what's up. Could it be since we're on SSO log in? I follow all the steps to login with SSO, but it just cycles back to the main Basecamp page and doesn't complete the log in.

Hi CMurph -- let me see if I can find someone to assist with the Basecamp issue and perhaps they can shed light on what is going on. I will do my best to reply today or tomorrow on this thread. Thanks for your patience and so sorry for the troubles!

This will be very interesting! Nice to get a more personal touch to the Community and meet all the people behind the java scripts :D
