If you are flagging the response on Quota met you can use the Q_TerminateFlag variable and just not increment the quota. This should just flag the quota met response and trigger the email on quota met
You can go through this support page https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/quotas/ and check if the cross logic quotas is something you are looking for
Would the anonymize response option in survey options work in your case? the details will be anonymous in survey responses though not in directory
Or you could add a “click here to open or close feedback” in place of “give feedback”. Wouldn’t look nice but if nothing works then use this as final option
We have a year long survey for student electives. Each student will have multiple entries in the directory list with the only unique field being the "Course ID" (because students can take ~20 electives over time). We used to use a Contact List Trigger to unsubscribe that one record of the student once they completed an evaluation based on the unique Course ID which is an Embedded data field. This would stop getting them from getting reminders for any electives they completed but will still allow them for the other courses not yet completed. Now that triggers is going away I don’t know how to replicate this process. Any ideas? Did you trying using survey level workflow - > on survey response → add xm directory task → add to directory option → check the update contact and unsubscribe contact option. this will opt out the student from a particular list once they answer the survey

I don’t have a screenshot, but this is the sketch: On the page, a respondent will see 10 loan products and he/she will be asked asked pick one loan product (i.e., choose first preference). The presentation of order of loan products is random. I want to add a button/feature that will allow the respondent to sort the options by lowest effective interest rate or by lowest late payment fee. At this stage, the respondent is not choosing a product yet, but rather there is just a change on how the choices are presented. The “intervention” that I am introducing here is to allow the respondent to sort the choices by attribute they prefer. Then, after sorting the products by “x”, the respondent will choose 1 product (not rank). Essentially, what I am looking for is a feature/functionality that will allow respondent to dynamically sort the
They are valid responses and we’re using the recorded date in a graph to show responses by day. If I exclude the “day early” responses (we had a rogue email go out) then the graph total doesn’t match the Responses total everywhere else. Thinking the best option at this point is ditch the graph or switch to weekly view but that doesn’t provide the info we need to see spikes based on reminders going out. Not the end of the world. We put too much focus on response rates as it is hitting close to or above the 90% mark every time. Yup if weekly view is an option that can be used in your case then it would best!
Have an issue where several survey responses were collected a day prior to the official launch. In our dashboards, we show responses by day and would like to role the early responses into the next day’s responses. Is there a way to do this on the dashboard without editing the individual response dates on the data & analysis tab? Hi, when you say responses were collected before launch, are these test responses or actual data that will be useful. If test responses are not required you can just delete them. Also which date field are you using on dashboard.. end date or recorded date? if you still want to keep them you can filter the responses till the date of launch export the data, make changes in the csv, deleted the old data and import the new data. You cannot directly edit dates as far as i know

No problem, meant to ask why aren’t you just adding a selected answer pipe text directly in the question. Like the below image But just incase you want to use an embedded data to save the selected answer and then pass the answer to the other question, the questions need to be in different blocks and the embedded data needs to be between the two blocks in the survey flow. because the questions are one after the other the answer isnt being saved in the embedded data before going to the second question
The Custom logo option lets you paste in a URL for the logo. It's quicker to update, and can be done by you. The "Brand Logo" needs to be done through our themes team. It's done via the support admin portal. It can't be updated by users. you can select custom logo and paste the url you get from the library
I am having trouble taking the answer from a previous question and using those values in the following question text. So far, I have been able to use jQuery successfully to display all of the necessary information. However, I was unable to find a way to format the text when using this method (bolding text, line breaks, etc.) making it very difficult to read as the user due to all of the text being on a single line. Thus, I have moved to the method of embedded data as that appeared to be easier to format. As an example, I have used the following lines of code to set the value for the embedded data after gathering the information from the written response OnUnload of the first question. Thanks!! -Erin I implemented my usecase by writing an automation in freshdesk on ticket updation and as @Appzk mentioned i added the JSON url in the trigger webhook in the freshdesk automation. that is how qualtrics will link to freshdesk. ALso in the automation i can pass all the information i need and then get it in qualtrics and push it to directory and send survey using the xmd task
We want to set expiration in an anonymous survey link by calculating the Date wherein the survey was created (we have embedded data for this already) and the Date wherein the survey was taken. In the survey flow, we can use this code to get the current date, when the survey is being taken in Date format: ${date://CurrentDate/c} Then in the survey flow, I can also replicate the CreationDate of survey being passed on thru query strings, so I can change this to Date format and be compatible with the Current Date Then I will need to use Javascript to calculate the difference between the two dates. Once I get the difference, I can use branch logic to end the survey if the time difference is more than 24h. Questions: Would you know which part in the Qualtrics account we can set-up this Javascript custom code calculation? In Frequency rule you will have to add ‘14’ in the option (Number of days that need to pass before contacts can receive another message).
