Masking of Personal Information

Question

Mask the personal information in Qualtrics post email has been sent out.

Customer provides the contact details in a CSV file, distribution mode here is email.

As soon the emails are sent/responses are submitted, all personal information like Name, email id, phone should be masked within Qualtrics.

Any suggestions on how to do it or an idea. I am all ears.
