+2This may be such a simple question—but as a new Qualtrics user I am getting stuck on how to use a “brand logo” when making a survey report.
I’m making my first report, and have gone to Insert > Page Header > Logo. However, once in there, I can’t click on “Brand Logo”, only “Custom Logo”.
Is my “Brand Logo” something I have to set elsewhere on Qualtrics? I’ve uploaded my org’s logo to the Library as a PNG and a JPG.

We as a user can’t add ‘Brand logo’. For that you will need to get support help and you will have to do some extra work.
As a user best option for us adding logo is ‘Custom Logo’. Its very easy to add and make changes if needed.
The Custom logo option lets you paste in a URL for the logo. It's quicker to update, and can be done by you. The "Brand Logo" needs to be done through our themes team. It's done via the support admin portal. It can't be updated by users. you can select custom logo and paste the url you get from the library
