This happened to me this week also, but it ended up leaving the workflow in the stand alone workflow location so I was still able to access it.

We are currently working through similar decisioning, it would depend on how the information would be used, and where you plan to do your analysis and insight generation. Strategically I’m leaning towards logging a high level response summary (survey name, NPS, Key Verbatim, survey date) in Salesforce, but retaining Qualtrics as my insights and analytics hub.

@pmartensen We are currently exploring Salesforce integration - my understanding is that not all licenses include - my license does include Salesforce and I can see additional options to your screen shot above (I’ve provided a screen shot below). You will likely need to engage with the Qualtrics team re your licence.
You can save the email into Qualtrics and re-use it ongoing.
So someone with more creative skill than I have designs the email in another system and exports the html and images, I then load the images into the Qualtrics library, then paste in the html - to make it quicker I give them the unsubscribe link and survey link. I paste in the html in the email design page (under distribution for my project), link the images and send. It works well for us, we send about 3,000 surveys a week to our customer base and no issues with the email quality.
We use Qualtrics to send the emails and design them in a diffrent system then copy the html over and paste this into Qualtrics - I find this works pretty well, Qualtrics can then send out the surveys and manage the reminders etc. We have used a set up like what you are describing where we passed a unique ID via the link to enable us to capture demographics of the respondents. My personal favourite animal is the giraffe, they fasinate me - the first time I saw a real one I literally thought it was a digital animation - they are just amazing. I would love to see one in the wild one day, rather than at a zoo, but Australian zoos are pretty awesome so I’ve been very lucky.
I love that the information is there so that you can just move forward with your task without having to stop and seek hidden information. Generally, if the instructions aren’t there then it’s not easily done.
Agree with @Stewart9192015 , the easier way to determine if you are looking at the same response is to show a unique identified on your screen on the left and match this to your excel output on the right. Might also be worth looking into your question numbering in your survey as the left screen seems to show each question as being Q1.
We had an issue internally where certain email addresses were whitelisted and stopped receiving emails from Qualtrics - this caused massive drama.

Circling back on this one to update for anyone else who faces this in the future. What I've got to as a more effective workaround is a respondent funnel dashboard, which using filters identifies anyone who has opted out of the directory or a list in the last x number of days and returns those members into a record grid table. The dashboard then has been set up to export itself and send to me each week. This at least delivers a list of who I then need to kick off an internal process with, without having to manually click through each contact list.
I know - this is now a massive issue for me, as Legal have mandated something that can now only be achieved by a quite tedious manual process. Appreciate your help, doesn't appear there is going to be a simple solution here.
Thank you for your reply jcgallont I've already tried this out and unfortunately it doesn't work, the segment is pulling opt out from the directory and not the list. My unsubscribes are getting isolated to lists if that makes sense. I've deployed a survey to a list and had 3 opt outs. These are showing as opt outs for the list, but not the overall directory.
I was so very lucky to have had a few in my time at school. To choose one it would have to be Mr Bellemy who was my economics teacher in Grade 10. To this day I get excited when the federal government hand down the budget due to the teachings from his class.
