The data from qualtrics to excel is not matching. This probably is not the best picture of the data, not sure what I am doing wrong or not understanding. Question 1 in qualtrics is a 3 and in excel is a 4. Very new at this.

@Stewart9192015 - You might not be looking at the correct response. By default, in the Data & Analysis tab the newest response is first. In Excel, the newest response is last.

Agree with @Stewart9192015 , the easier way to determine if you are looking at the same response is to show a unique identified on your screen on the left and match this to your excel output on the right. 

Might also be worth looking into your question numbering in your survey as the left screen seems to show each question as being Q1.
