Qualtric survey suddenly not displaying all questions to participants

check survey flow again and if all looks good try publishing the survey again. that should resolve the issue (if someone may have made some changes accidentally)

How to get multiple choice questions with a semi colon delimiter in excel export of Qulatrics

You may try more option while  exporting data, in that you will find an option split multi-value fields into coloumn.otherwise you can create workflow “building ETL workflow”  or you may try creating an embedded data with “;” seperated as wellhope any of the three option would resolve your problem.

Notify when a new value is entered

you may create a contact list for ID. as someone take the survey you can put an authenticator after the ID was entered, if authentication suceed that mean ID was already exist in contact list and if its fails you can set Embedded data to trigger an email notifcation.more info on authenticator can be found here.https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/advanced-elements/authenticator/authenticator-overview/

How to ask for email for a follow up

Simply keep Y/N question toward the end of survey (before EOS elelement), keep on text question where you will take email, on this question apply display logic to say if Yes is selected on previous question display email question on the same page and you will be able to do the followup as needed.

What is the ideal number of reminders to use for a survey? Any industry best practices?

I would suggest it depend on the requirement and type of audience. If its internal team 3 should be fine, if this is something that needs to be completed you can add more reminder may be every alternate day or every week until they respond. If this is external max to max 3 again based on need and who are the target people.

Add Text Entry (multiple lines) and File Upload into a question

you can add two question one would be text entry question and another would be file upload question. both will be displayed on same page and both will be non mandatory. thus user will be able to type in or upload and you can take care of validation using custom validation.

load this page normally in preview mode.view source to get the element id of text “Language”using Javascript, onload function update the text using document.getElementById.innerHTML = “New text”.

For such issue, i would suggest taking out your most recent changes from survey flow and check if there is any error there, if not then Qualtrics support would be great options.
