Using Authenticator without uploading contact list

Hi All, I need to use the authenticator in my survey so that users cannot take survey more than one. However I don't want to upload any contact list in the background. Is there any solution for this. I am using anonymous link.

You can’t use an authenticator without a contact list. You can do the following instead:

Turn on ‘Allow respondents to finish later’ in survey options
Turn on ‘Prevent multiple submissions’ in survey options
If you have ‘RelevantID’ turn it on in survey options and add survey flow logic to terminate dupes
