kaur From my understanding, it sounds like the "participant_email" and "survey_link" are contact list embedded data fields that are stored for each contact instance. To add these elements to the distribution message, you can add in Piped Text to the message body!This will be piped text as though you were piping for a survey embedded data field and it will dynamically populate with each contact's value(s).If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team for further troubleshooting! :)

Yazad_7 Just wanted to jump in here and mention that after a survey is distributed to a contact list, if someone takes the survey the embedded data captured within the survey is static unless it is manually edited in the Data & Analysis tab.Any changes to the contact list will not be reflected in the survey data unless the embedded data is explicitly updated prior to the participant opening the survey!
Hi solanki7, it sounds like you may be able to accomplish this either with complex branch logic, or you could randomly assign participants their 3 pairs at the start and then display these assignments as unique blocks in the survey.This is largely because having 25 groups for each pair and choosing 3 has a large number of permutations. Instead, if all 3 blocks are the same in terms of content, we can set up a single randomizer with 25 groups nested within.Then we can create 25 identical blocks to correspond with each pair that will be nested within the groups of the randomizer but will differ in which image pair they will display. The randomizer then only needs to randomly display 3 items from the nested groups to ensure that items are both randomized and displayed without replacement!If you have additional questions about setting this up or troubleshooting your original setup, please feel free to contact our Support Team for further assistance! :)

Hi PopMem, if you haven't already, I recommend checking out Advanced Question Randomization! This feature will let you randomize certain elements within the questionnaire while keeping other elements as fixed.Concerning total character limit for matrix tables, there currently is a 20,000 character limit for matrix tables that is immutable. Therefore Advanced Question Randomization seems to be a best fit for what you're trying to achieve! :) If you have any additional questions about setting this up, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team!

Hi Amy, there isn't currently a way to perform wildcard searched within Text iQ. If you haven't already, please consider posting this functionality as a Product Idea on Community! The same is true for filtering for comments with a particular number of words within the comment.Concerning the last point, we should be able to see in the list of comments that are generated under the search query, which of those have the existing topic tagged to the comment and which do not. There is not currently a way to filter out those that would be specifically added to the topic, although Text iQ should indicate how many more/fewer comments will be added to the topic overall!If you have any further questions on Text iQ capabilities, please feel free to contact our Support Team! :)

Hi ericnelson, apologies with any confusion regarding "toggling". This is in reference to disjointing the participant with their already recorded response! We can do this by either deleting their original response and sending a new invitation or by sending the participant a retake link :)
Hi hellomike, it sounds like you may be able to accomplish this by using the Randomizer setting to "Evenly Display Elements", as well as using Quotas to monitor the counts and conditions that participants are falling under.As the study is ongoing, you can review your quota counts, as well as edit counts on the Randomizer to correct for any unequal distributions as a consequence of participants not fully completing the survey.If you have any further questions or need assistance troubleshooting, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Support Team for additional help! :)
Hi ericnelson, there's not currently a way on the platform for handing those use cases specifically. Every time a new hire is received, they will need a new link to the survey. If they have already completed the survey, we would want to toggle a participant's status as having not completed the survey by terminating the link between the participant and their already recorded response.If you have any additional questions regarding this setup or troubleshooting these use cases, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance!
Hi MCA, this currently isn't possible within the platform's Data & Analysis tab; however, we would be able to restrict data views within the dashboard portion of an EE project!Regarding creating an engagement project, exit surveys are generally recommended to be conducted from within Lifecycle projects.
