Hey all - Does anyone know how to disable/remove the download option/icon when you insert an audio file for participants to listen to in your survey? Thanks!

@Yena I ended up embedding a different player instead. Was told that without custom code, you can't do it.

    Hello!
    Has anyone found an answer to this question?
    Where can I get "custom code"?
    I am totally new to Qualtrics and do not even have the language to form my question. When I upload an audio file, it shows dots for downloading it. Can someone help me to make those three dots invisible?
