I have a free account since 2017, I used my account for personal use and voluntary work.
Today I created a new survey for this year, and I found out that you disable the options of"look and feel" for free account, I was more than surprise, as this functionality worked properly until EOY 2019.
Sadly I have to stop using qualtrics even if I love this software, and start using survey monkey, as I can't release a survey where I can't add logo or proper heading.
I understood that nothing can be done :(
