Hi,Qualtrics union doesn’t bring in data from both sources, it only brings in the similar fields and the rest have to be manually mapped. Is that the intended functionality? Shouldn’t union bring in all the data and just place the non similar fields as unmapped?

But for some reason the intercept fails on testing because of contact frequency rule. What should be the exact contact frequency rule to hide intercept from a contact for 4 weeks. Hi,In the intercept option, Link with XM Directory, where does Qualtrics create the contact? Is it directly in the directory or do we need to follow some other steps to push the contacts into a list? Also how do I setup a contact frequency rule on these contacts if the contacts are added automatically? Hi,I have setup a workflow to trigger a survey from Qualtrics once a ticket is closed on freshdesk. Now when i am triggering the survey I am capturing the contact as transaction and then triggering the survey. Now i need to visualize the data that is captured on the dashboard. But as the transaction data keeps changing do i just capture it as embedded data in survey and then visualize the data or is there another way to do it?
Hi, I want to be able to stop from showing an intercept on a website if the person has already seen it in the past 2 weeks. So in the survey I will be capturing the contact information of the person and I’ll be storing it in Qualtrics XMD. Now if the person comes back to the website in the next 2 weeks they should not be shown the intercept. I am aware of the Repeated display prevention in intercept option but that is not specific to a person and is domain wide. I want this frequency rule to be user specific. Hi, I am using a survey as supplemental data source and whenever I update the data in it it seems to break the link with all the surveys referring to it. Can someone help me with why this keeps happening or let me know if updating supplemental data source needs certain steps that I'm not aware of? Thank You in advance
I just wanted to check if anybody has a js code to change the text on next button based on the selection done in a question on different page.. for example if on page 1 nps question is rated less than 4 then the next button on the next page should say submit and survey should end but if the selection is more than 4 than the next button on next page should say next and move to the remaining questions. I am distributing the survey using the anonymous link and when the file uploaded by the respondent is incorrect a ticket is generated and an email is sent with the retake link to reupload the file. But just in case the person misinterprets it and still uses the anonymous link to reupload the file the whole data is updated for the respondent and on the dashboard, the respondent appears under verified as well as not verified widget. Is there a way to identify who has received the retake link and stop a person who has received the retake link from answering on the Anonymous link?Thank you in advance :)

In the below picture I have added javascript such that if you select y for a then x also gets selected for a and similarly for b and c. Now the respondent can deselect the selection of x (as done for c) but after deselecting x for c they are not able to select x again. How do I do that using javascript. If a respondent requested an extension of the deadline, how do I manually exclude them from a reminder distribution (for example, original distribution was sent to 24 people, 2 completed a survey, 1 asked to extend a deadline by one week; therefore, I need to chase 21 people today – how do I exclude the one person who requested the extension?)
