For 2022, I have several goals in mind🎨💡🧠, which are in this vision board that all the members of my family did over New Year's (it's a useful exercise)! The highlights are being more present and aware of the world around; keeping a healthy diet and exercise habits; continuing to develop as a writer, speaker, and advocate for the experience mindset; traveling more both to ballparks and farther afield; and creating more art and visualizations. Happy New Year everyone!

I did New Year's in Times Square more than twenty years ago--it was quite an experience (and very cold) -- but beautiful in its own way. And the whole season is very dressed up in the city.
Thanks to you on the XM Community team for making 2021 a year of growth--even as so many of us were working on settling into our new skins and new routines. Here's to more great things in 2022!
The best holiday experience is one that I'm often blessed to have, which is a house decorated for the season (which includes a Christmas tree and a Hannukah menorah with the candles glowing), putting up the tree while drinking hot cocoa or cider, listening to music, and thinking about the year nearly passed and the year ahead. This year, especially, it's going to be a sense of both comfort and possibility! ⛄️❄️P.S.: It seems to be something of an open question whether to put aluminum foil under your menorah to catch wax drippings. I have always been an advocate of this. May be an an argument for some survey work...
KrishnaPrabhu, this may come a bit late but this screenshot shows how you can create a year-on-year widget in Vocalize. Ana_Louise I'm very intrigued by how one might build a heatmap to show changes in engagement. I could see how this would work in Tableau as well, creating a heatmap and animating using the date field!

KatharineS The new home and project page is much more intuitive--I like having recently accessed projects easily clickable on the left side of the screen and the icons to differentiate projects--it's much smoother to know where everything is.
I'm with ABCHiam and will give props to Rocky Horror! The latest "American Horror Story" is also simultaneously fun and literate, and a lot of fun. In terms of books, Edgar Allen Poe is the one and only Gothic genius, and one can't go wrong with "The Raven" and "The Cask of Amontillado", especially read aloud, with a group!
cvaughan I would check with the developers on your team, but in our experience, the web data connector from Qualtrics into Tableau is good, but tends to work better as a manual refresh than an automated one, especially for large data sets. It may be that there's an issue on your end with the connection that is causing your systems to not be able to connect. Sorry that I couldn't give more insight, but I hope that helps!
We are not using it yet--we have created creatives for our baseline survey that coordinate to the branding on each website, and because approval is needed for each survey including the questionnaire and invitation, we're not making changes. That said, I agree that it's potentially a useful new technology.
Hi likeat100 -- I'm thinking there may be a way to code this in javascript -- this isn't my area but am very interested in what others may suggest! The only caveat I would give is that you may run into some accessibility issues (in other words, e-readers for people who have trouble viewing information onscreen may encounter difficulties) -- but if you're asking people to review a longer passage I could see it being useful. Maybe crosspost it to the education community group? I could see a use case around reading comprehension testing...

estremf actually, if you click on "Owner" you'll see project listed by owner alphabetically.There's also an "Export" button on the report that PeeyushBansal mentioned. If you're not an administrator, you can find out who in your organization is and they can download the report into Excel or CSV for you--you can then filter it based on ownership...

sonja Another thing you might want to think about is using the Embedded Feedback feature in Qualtrics. This creates a widget that automatically appears at the bottom of every page and only asks one or two questions, the first being a thumbs up/thumbs down or a star rating, and the second (optional) being a fill in the blank question for verbatim feedback. This tends to net a lot of responses fairly quickly--the response rates are typically higher than for a regular site intercept. You can also code it so that it only appears if your Google survey does not fire, so they don't conflict with each other. It's a nice feature, and you can connect it with the same reporting, analytics, and dashboards that you would for a "regular" survey.Here's the embedded feedback page on the support site: Embedded Feedback (qualtrics.com)
jseive You can also use containers to embed the survey into an email so that the CX involves the prospective respondent seeing the actual survey in their email with all of the associated collateral, formatting, etc. instead of just a link. I'll defer to others who are much smarter about coding than I am...

I'm happy to, Manjista - I think there are several options here, some of which involve Qualtrics, some of which can involve other tools. In the end, the decision is really up to you as the product owner, and your audience in terms of how they would best like to receive the information.If you would like to work in the reports tab, you can use a bar chart that would show the differences between individual, average, and best in class scores, each delineated by a separate color. (Depending on how you are collecting information, I would expect that you would need to import these data.) Also depending on the level of complexity that you would like to create, you may decide to either show all comps in the same chart, or have a separate chart for each comp. (I would lean towards the former because it is probably useful to compare scores across comps.)You could do similar things in a Vocalize dashboard. Hi winterrain816 - I'm not aware of any geomapping capability in Qualtrics, but if you have Tableau, your best bet is to use the web data connector to extract your data into Tableau and map the data there. You should be able to do the same thing in PowerBI, but you will have to download your data into an Excel file and then load it into PowerBI.
