I have a survey feeding in to Tableau. The dashboard is working and published with embedded credentials. Whenever I try to manually perform a extract refresh or schedule an extract refresh I get the following error:
Affected data source: Embedded in workbook
Error message: Connectionless Failure ( status code = 10000, An error occurred when refreshing extracts for the workbook 'Trainer Observation Dashboard v2'. Tableau doesn't support extract refreshes for one or more data sources in your workbook. (errorCode=60007) )
Suggested action: Check the Data Connection page for necessary updates to an access token or embedded credentials.
I have been working with our internal IS&T team and they have not been able to isolate the issue. The web data connector has been whitelisted and ACL's are set as they should be.
If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it as we have been trying to get to the bottom of this for the last few months.

cvaughan I would check with the developers on your team, but in our experience, the web data connector from Qualtrics into Tableau is good, but tends to work better as a manual refresh than an automated one, especially for large data sets. It may be that there's an issue on your end with the connection that is causing your systems to not be able to connect. Sorry that I couldn't give more insight, but I hope that helps!
