Hi VanessaT Yes, this is possible but we have to use either CSS or Javascript as we don't have Rich Content Editor options available currently for dropdown list, use the below for your scenario on the page itself for an easy workaround else we can code it within the survey itself.I hope this helps :)

chackbusch currently these below are the options available for Managing contacts in Directory using API.I don't think consolidation can be managed by API unless you want to build something custom on your end and manage it before importing.

Determining Exit Intent on Mobile

Hi GraceWepler This is an interesting one, to be honest, I have only achieved success for mobile devices On Exit Intent setting by applying Javascript, else it will not work on mobile browsers. Are there any settings that can authorize a non-brand-admin role to use Spotlight Insights?

Hi Nicolas_Bonilla The EX Administrator user type would be able to use Spotlight Insights on Dashboards.EX Administrator: Users assigned to this type can work on Employee Experience projects, can be participants/dashboard users, and have access to global employee directories (as represented by the Access Directories permission). These users do not have access to the Admin page. Relationship between "Prebuild Popover" and incremental clicks on page load

Hi tamblinds I did dig a little into this, basically, clicks increment as soon as the page loads, but the Impressions increment only after the PopOver actually appears to your visitors. So if your visitors leave before the PopOver is displayed, the click is counted, but the impression is not.You can fix this by changing the Options sub-menu of the Creatives section, deselect the Prebuild PopOver option, which will prevent clicks from being incremented as soon as the page loads as below,But my assumption when we turn this off here is a worst-case scenario where the 'pop over' load time can be slow if the internet connection is poor, test it out before you do that!https://www.qualtrics.com/support/website-app-feedback/creatives-tab/creative-types/pop-over-creative/#ChangePopOverOptionsRegardsAbhi

PironeT you could do 2 methods here one is what InessaG suggested to update responses under the data & analysis tab, else if you want to update the changes on the dashboards directly then Recode editor, allows you to group data or change how it appears in CX Dashboards widgets – for example, by conveniently shortening/update how choices are labeled, and changing text to numbers.https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/recoding-values/

How is the minimum number of answer that i need to use text IQ?

Alea as PeeyushBansal mentioned a higher number of responses will enhance precision. For the first pass, Qualtrics advises checking at least 15 to 20 verbatim responses per topic to get a good level of precision. TextIQ - sharing between the survey platform and CX platform

Hi MikeR Text iQ in Dashboards are completely separate from Text iQ in surveys. While you can map Text iQ results from a specific Survey’s Text iQ, the Dashboard’s Text iQ is unique in that it allows you to analyze any open-ended field mapped to the Dashboard. This means you can analyze five different surveys text responses and report them all in one dashboard!Regardless of which method you use, each will show the same text analyses you’ve conducted in the dashboard previously.I am a great fan of setting up Text iQ on dashboards than on surveys because when you start performing text analysis in CX Dashboards, the topics and sentiments will map onto your dashboard automatically and be assigned the best field type for their data, whereas if you do it on the surveys it needs to be mapped from Embedded data fields.https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/text-analysis-cx/#AboutTextAnalysisinVocalizeRegardsAbhi

Why are deleted responses still showing up in response count of dashboard widgets?

Hi, dhodges_Ameriflex re-indexing the dashboards will do the trick and update the dashboards with the latest data from the data & analysis tab.The best way to re-index a dashboard would be to add a new field under Settings>> Dashboard Data>> Save dataset and refresh the dashboard.If it still doesn't show up, remove the mapping from the widget after reindexing and then re-map it again.CheersAbhi

KrishnaPrabhu yes it is possible after you map the data set source for 2020 you can add comparisons on the backend say 2020 Current Selection and then report on the scorecard widget by adding those comparisons, you can report on the % favourable or +/- delta values too

Hi Adriano If your Pop Over has an Embedded Target, and this Embedded Target is a Qualtrics survey, check this option to have the Pop Over close automatically once the visitor finishes the survey.Please enable this option under the Creatives tab and you are good to go!

gosrj Field Groups are a specific feature for CX dashboards currently not available on the EX Dashboard. But there are ways to get this working on EX as below,Map all the questions as a number set and build categories to combine those statements and you will be able to use those categories to report on scorecards or simple charts.Use a simple chart and add multiple top/bottom box metrics and choose individual statements under Field as below,

Year on Year Comparison results

KrishnaPrabhu you have to map the 2020 EE survey as a data source on the backend of the 2021 EE and map all the relevant fields, then add comparisons under the Comparisons tab of dashboard settings and you will be able to easily compare results on Scorecard, Heatmap widgets and more etc.

Dashboard roles - restrict data

joan_raventos if you change the Field type to a Multi Answer Text Set under Dashboard data then you will be able to access that field under the permissions tab for data restriction.
