I would like to change the background colour of a drop down list to #323739, my font color is a light grey. I havent found a way to do this yet. Any help would be great.

Yes, this is possible but we have to use either CSS or Javascript as we don't have Rich Content Editor options available currently for dropdown list, use the below for your scenario on the page itself for an easy workaround else we can code it within the survey itself.
