Should I map my data different for the funnel distribution if the distribution comes from Sales forces?

This is the process and I would like to see de data in the funnel distribution.
Here is the description of the Salesforce process:
1. A service case is created in SF and the trigger for Qualtrics is generated
New messages
2. A distribution list is generated in Q
3. The contact with contact data, embedded data and transactional data is added to the distribution list in Q
4. Distribution is created in Q
5. The survey links are obtained from Q and taken to SF
6. The survey is sent from SF
7. Client answers the survey
8. Q brings the Client's NPS to SF

And when I go to the Directory is collecting all the data... What should I do?

The best solution for your case would be to enable Respondent Funnel for Distribution reporting.
The Respondent Funnel allows XM Directory distribution and contact metrics, transactional data, Embedded Data, and even automation run status to be uploaded into CX Dashboards for transparency with all your key stakeholders.
