Hello all and good morning from a sunny Sweden!This might be a long shot, but perhaps you can at least send over some pointers so I can try and troubleshoot with your awesome assistance. I have a workflow task that is triggered from an outbound message from a Salesforce condition. This task sends out an email to a recipient email originating from Salesforce. The Workflow history shows that it has been triggered successfully and there are no indications that there should be any issues. The email stated in the JSON is all correct and things should be golden. But the email does not come through. I have tried with three different email addresses, and they all show as successful. But they just never arrive to our inbox (nor Spam folder, yes I checked :). Any ideas as to where I could start to look for a potential root cause for this?? Thanks in advance-Mattias

Hello and good afternoon from a snowy Sweden!Does anybody know how I can set up an automatic feature where a user who clicks unsubscribe in a Qualtrics email, is not only added to the Unsubscribe list in Qualtrics, but that event is also synced back to the contact in Salesforce? I have found this thread, but I honestly don’t understand the intended setup set as “Best answer”. It’s 6 years old so perhaps there is a new and better way of accomplishing this? Hello all and good morning from a cloudy Sweden!I have a workflow that triggers from a Salesforce outbound message that is designed to send out a survey email once criteria is met on the object in Salesforce. So far so good. The issue I’m facing is that there are several contacts in a Related List on the object in question (see image below). How do I set it up to only send the survey email to the individuals that have been selected in the list before the trigger fires off? We often leverage Qualtrics as the tool for when we have in-house company events and parties to develop questionnaires etc. This time around we are looking to set up a scoring sheet for X number of teams for the pre-xmas-party where we will have a form of “Office Olympics games”. But I need your help… The idea is to NOT pre-specify the team names or the number of people per team.I would like the first step for the people joining the games to scan a generic QR code where they enter a team name they’ve chosen, as well as the name of their team captain. I would love for this input to be stored somewhere, like a Directory in Qualtrics where all registered team names are in one place. Hello and good afternoon from a sunny Sweden!I have a survey questionnaire that originates with a Single Sign On on our corporate webpage, so the questionnaire comes loaded with things like customer id, account id etc. etc. Upon submitting the questionnaire there is a workflow that both triggers and email to the responder, and also syncs the response back to the user in Salesforce. However, due to some internal changes to our Salesforce instance, the account id is no longer correct which makes the sync to Salesforce fail. Is there any way I can tweak the responses that have come in already, so that the account id is no longer part of the response? I would like to just remove the account id, and then press “Retry” under the failed sync in the Run History of the workflow. I have tried: Updating the account id in the response table and hit “retry” under the failed workflow - Does not work. I have tried removing the account id from the workflow-sync setup and pressed Retry after that - Do
Hello wonderful community and good morning from a cloudy Sweden! Once again I find myself in a place where something seemingly easy turned out a bit more complex than I initially thought. The setup:I have a “survey” where the selections a person makes is all summarized on the last page. The selections is in one black and the “read out of the selections” is on another block (out of a total of four blocks).The problem: This is something that is supposed to be used and re-used several times without always hitting the “Submit” button. Although I have settings in place that “Prevent multiple submissions = Off” and “Allow respondents to finish later” I still always end up in the final block and not in the beginning as I would like to. I think this is because they are split up in the different blocks and Qualtrics does not wander backwards over the blocks when I come back into the “survey”. So I have a long list of options (148 to be exact) where the user should be able to select one or several. Does anyone here know if it’s possible to have a Multiple Choice question in the Select box format also have a checkbox next to it?So something like this: I know you can select several in the select box by pressing down “Ctrl”, but that is prone to error. Alternatively have a Drop Down with the same functionality. Or perhaps a dropdown where the selections you make pop up in a container to the side or something? Thanks in advance-Mattias

I have all the values in an excel file, the problem is that there are 148 values. Hello all and good morning from a rainy Sweden!We have seen some responses from a web-survey of ours come in marked as Spam in the response data. I have tried applying a honey pot setup in a hidden question in an attempt to try and flag and filter these Spam-responses out afterwards, but the setup I'm using is not working as new Spam responses are coming in but are not "falling for" the honey pot setup and leaving the hidden question unanswered. The Java script I have used on the honey pot questions is: Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function(){ jQuery("#"+this.questionId).hide();});What am I doing wrong? And why is there no way to set alerting and/or rules for responses based on the "Response Type" on the response data? That should be part of the meta data in my world. Hello and good afternoon from a cloudy SwedenDo any of you know how or if it's possible to set conditions in a Report/Results email that is scheduled to go out on a weekly basis? I have a survey where I would like to send a weekly report to key stakeholders. But I only want to include the responses that are of value for them (in this case which accounts who has responded). So I would like to "pipe in" text in this emailed report, so it only shows the results for that specific person. I have access to the target list where the key stakeholders are specified for each row with their email.Not sure I make any sense at all, but let me know and I can explain further :)Thanks in advance-Mattias

Hello allInsanity is creeping closer because I just.can't.solve.this.issue! GAH!We have a system that have it's own labels and values in it. We will now send a survey invite email containing the survey link from said system. The survey link will contain data around the individual along with some core data, language being one of them. But the Language field in said system is called "Lang" so when clicking on the link I can see the survey link display "Lang=[Qualtrics language code]". Now the question: How can I set the Survey Flow so that Qualtrics understands that it should showcase the language based on this "Lang" definition? Thanks for listening :) -Mattias
Hello Is there a way to extract a report from the Successful/Failed Workflows that contain the embedded data that is part of the setup? In short: We have a Workflow push that based on an event in Salesforce send out a survey to the customer. I can see all that responded to the survey just fine, but I would like to pull a report to see all that has been sent out, along with the embedded data that was part of the sending (for example: email). Hello all experts We're sending out our Customer Relationship Survey twice per year to a fairly substantial chunk of our customer base. Upon reviewing the feedback and response rates I found that some of the larger Enterprise Accounts had terrible response rates, given that they were targeted to receive a lot of the Survey invites. When I dug even deeper in to this I learned that their spam filter had caught 99% of the survey invites (including the reminders). The Survey invite email goes from a valid DNS record that basically looks like "feedback@company.com". The emails are all the same apart from the individual Survey link. One think that I suspect would be an issue is that Company X potentially could get 4000 basically identical survey email invitations in a very short time frame, and that this would trigger the spam filter to go nuts and catch them. Would you agree? So now my question is: Is there a way for me the plan the time of the distribution of the invitations so that
