Workflow survey email to several recipients

Hello all and good morning from a cloudy Sweden!I have a workflow that triggers from a Salesforce outbound message that is designed to send out a survey email once criteria is met on the object in Salesforce. So far so good.  The issue I’m facing is that there are several contacts in a Related List on the object in question (see image below). How do I set it up to only send the survey email to the individuals that have been selected in the list before the trigger fires off? What do I need to add to the workflow in Qualtrics to capture all of them?  Thanks in advance-Mattias

This needs to be handled on the Salesforce side. The outbound message needs to be triggered for each contact separately based on whatever rules you set up.
