Hello all and good morning from a cloudy Sweden!

I have a workflow that triggers from a Salesforce outbound message that is designed to send out a survey email once criteria is met on the object in Salesforce. 

So far so good. 

 

The issue I’m facing is that there are several contacts in a Related List on the object in question (see image below).

 

How do I set it up to only send the survey email to the individuals that have been selected in the list before the trigger fires off? What do I need to add to the workflow in Qualtrics to capture all of them?

This needs to be handled on the Salesforce side. The outbound message needs to be triggered for each contact separately based on whatever rules you set up.
