The sales team is not responsive. I was supposed to have a “meeting” with a sales rep at 10:00 am PST today and it was a complete no show and my emails ignored. I have tried several ways with qualtrics actual options but I am not resolving it. On the other side, with java script can be the solution but my skills are almost absent with the program. Hi, I have a question concerning using Qualtrics for my experiment. In the experiment I want to compare the results of two questions. The questions are framed in a slightly different way. I would like every respondent to answer the question in a survey and then answer the other version of the question a week later. Preferably it would be randomized who gets which question first, but it is important that they will get the other question 1 week later. Is there a way do this?

I want to download an external CSV file from a github into the javascript, filter it by the userID of the respondent, and then display the information contained in that user’s row in a table for the question. Hi, I have question regarding widgets that appear under the full Summary Results page. Is there a way to pin the widget to a dashboard?
Trying to use Drag & Drop choices so people can rank their preferences. When the survey is complete I would like to get my results in and Excel or CSV and have “human readable” data for each line - but I am only able to get the numbers of the choices and not the actual text. So for example I want to see: Dave - pizza, ice cream, sushi, popcornLisa - popcorn, sushi, pizza, ice creamRalph - ice cream, pizza, popcorn, sushi But instead I’m getting:Dave- 1,4,2,3Lisa - 4,2,1,3Ralph - 4,2,3,1 When exporting the file under Data & Analysis, I choose “Download all fields” and “Use choice text” (instead of Use numeric values) -- But I still get numbers for each question in my Excel sheet. Any tips?

Hi, I have a question on the pie charts created in Qualtrics Reports. The data appear to show as counts in the “slices” of the pie chart, but I am looking for a way to display percentages (of the total responses) instead of count values. Is there a way to change this in the pie chart?
Hello,I would appreciate any guidance on being able to view a variable that I created via the statsIQ function in Reports please.I have used the slider question type to deliver the Personal Wellbeing Index, which is comprised of 7 statements with answer options ranging from 0-10. I need to create an average of each person’s responses across the 7 statements. I received advice in a previous thread that I should use the Create and Clean Variable function to do this, as detailed below:This worked, and I can view the data in the statsIQ section of my results. However, I can’t see these results in my reports. Should you be able to see this information in Reports? If so, can someone please advise me how I might be able to do that?Thanks for any advice
I am trying to download data from an external csv uploaded on a github account onto my question in qualtrics. I want to 1. download the csv file into the js code 2. filter to have the row that matches the user ID of the respondent taking the survey and 3 populate a table with the other columns of the data. I want to create a mouseover effect on each statement that lasts as long as the hover is there over the text to minimize the amount of text in the statement. First, where do I write the script? Hi All,My survey uses student ID and DOB e.g. 1234567 and 0101200Which works perfectly for those who put the correct details in. But for those who don’t, then get the first error message saying unable to log you in with details or words to that effect. Then a message appears to say if they make the same error again, that they have completed the survey. Is there a way to avoid this until they details are inputted correctly.When I export the data, it says it 100% complete so then not allowing them to get sent another reminder to complete. I have to go on and delete the response for those who don’t get in contat with me, and send a retake to those who do.
I am trying to program a web intercept survey for customers. I’ve using an old survey intercept that was created at our company by a former employee. They have a clause in their action set that says Current URL does not contain form token. Does anyone know what this might mean? On our website, we have both a pop up and feedback button survey available. I’m trying to figure out how to stop the pop up if someone has taken the feedback button survey and how to keep the feedback button active even if the pop up survey is taken. I wonder if this form token clause might be the reason???Thanks!
Hi,Qualtrics union doesn’t bring in data from both sources, it only brings in the similar fields and the rest have to be manually mapped. Is that the intended functionality? Shouldn’t union bring in all the data and just place the non similar fields as unmapped?
Hi,I am asking users to listen to a song and then answer a few questions about it.There are 100s of songs so I am using the loop and merge function to insert the song details for each loop. The data is in this kind of format - song details are in embedded fields + stored in the directory.This means I need a variable number of loops, based on the song count. Or for the loop and merge cycle to stop once it reaches an empty field. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!
Hi all,I am wondering if there is a way to add an option to a survey question, where respondent can click on a word or a button to then show a pop-up box with more information?I tried the method described in the below, but couldn’t get it to work. I followed the above, without really understanding it (!!) and I get my key word underlined and showing as a tool tip, and the info will show if I hover. However, how do I get this key word to be clickable on a mobile device? The code I have used in my survey question (HTML view) is below. Hi, I am looking for a way to batch export the StatsIQ analyses. Currently the individual “cards” are exportable to an Excel or CSV file. Can you export this to a PDF? Can you export multiple analyses across multiple variables all at once?

Hello everyone I am new to Qualtrics and I have a problem with my online experiment. I want to create an updatable budget. I have a total of 10 questions per block each question is 5 options. 1 least expensive and 5 the most. I want to display the budget before each question like q1 budget = initial budget, q2 budget = initial budget - option chosen in q1, q3 budget = remaining budget - option chosen in q2 etc. So far I tried to use embedded data but as I said, I am a newbie so I have no idea how to do that. Hope someone can give me an advise and steer me in the right direction.
Hi, I have the side-by-side question below with both the statements and column options being based on display logic from responses previous questions that were “select all that apply” (which solutions have you used, and which options did you use the solutions with). Solutions listed in the statements (ABCD), and the options they use them with (1234) in the columns. A respondent may use solution A&B with options 1, 2, &3, but they only used solution C with the option 1. How can I hide or disable the radio buttons highlighted so that they don’t see or aren’t able to select for those?
Hi Everyone,I am looking for some guidance on how to implement randomisation for the following experimental design: There are 6 evidence conditions (within), 6 policies (within), and 36 stimuli (between) (i.e., one stimulus for each evidence condition and policy combination). I am trying to implement randomisation for evidence condition and policy such that each participant is exposed to all 6 evidence conditions and all 6 policies, but only one policy across per evidence condition (i.e., 6 of the 36 stimuli). In other words, if a participant is exposed to policy X in evidence condition Y, they will not be exposed to evidence for policy X in any other evidence condition. Additionally, I want to expose participants to the 6 evidence conditions in random order so that each policy is evenly selected within each evidence condition. I set up some test blocks to try and figure this out (see example with 2 evidence conditions and 3 policies below).However, I cannot figure out how to implement
