Currently, if a participant selects an answer in a single-answer question, he/she can’t de-select the answer. If he/she changes his/her mind or clicked the answer by mistake and wants to not answer the question, there’s no way to remove that choice. RedCap has this capability but Qualtrics doesn’t.
It would be helpful to have this feature for the next version of Qualtrics survey.
