Hi @gingersauz, I think the workaround you described is the easiest way to do so.For a lifecycle study with different surveys across employee journey, I’ve setup a fake project with no survey response, and connect each of my other project as additional data source.I use the participant list for granting access to the results and filter the results based on data sources as “journey touchpoints” Just one advice : I had to create a fake survey in the project too, so I build one based on my generic questions, so the mapping of new projects is faster 😉
Hi @Paula_Calderon_IZO, I suppose you connect additional sources to combine your 6 survey results.As the dashboard is linked to only one participant list, there is no option to use this specific widget like you’re looking for. Maybe a single count by datasource could suit your needs.

re Discover: Period Over Period Comparison Updates What do you mean by ‘Discover’? Is this still CX dashboard related? Can you choose the definitions of what a ‘period’ is? eg. a set pattern or weeks per year. eg. 12 periods for the year which includes a pattern of 4 or 5 weeks specified by myself. Yes she can.But she can’t know the number of customer for any filtered data. That’s my point.
This workaround will give the right numbers only if you don’t filter in the dashboard.Any filter, like a date range, could potentially mask the first response for one of your customer and decrease the counter event if another response from the same customer is still in the filtered results.

Hi @bench, In the new message interface, you can schedule automatic messages to your participants.Your distributions are then listed in the “Emails” tab.For each distribution, you can add one or more reminder, directly by clicking on the three dots at the end of the line.After selecting your message, you will be able to choose the delay between the invite and the reminder. Hi @Neha Tank, I can’t see any option to calculate total count based on an embedded data in the dashboard, even with custom metrics or different types of widgets. I think your solution will need some modification directly in your survey or using a workaround with a workflow. Can you give us more information about your use case ?Where does your data come from ?Do you have any list of customer you input in the embedded data ?Do you expect a range of values ?Do you need this count to be responsive to filters in your dashboard ?
Hi @ShaylaH, There is no dashboard export or report feature in the Lifecycle projects, unfortunately but the EX licence should come with a participant account for each employee. My recommendation is to design a specific dashboard view for your different stakeholder and manage dashboard access by roles.Then you can schedule a dashboard access message to your participant and suggest they bookmark the link in their web browser. Hi @esmeeverhagen, You will have to make an embedded dat in the survey flow for random number between 1 and 100. Then create 2 branch logic if the result is above or under 20% to setup the prize they win and pipe it into a static text question. Then you’ll just have to repeat and add some explanation text in your survey
Generally, the color values are based on the delta between each scores and the overall result.For example, if one score is 1% more or less than the overall value, the color will be the lightest. You can also change the scale to use treshold values :

Hi @Livia B, After some testing, there is no options to map the participant hierarchy in such a case because org hierarchy is not supported by Lifecycle project. The 2 options I have tested are :Employee journey analytics Mapping Engagement project in the Lifecycle Dashboard The first one is an interesting way to map 2 data sources or more in a standalone project but I don’t like it. This options doesn't allow to map the hierarchy (as it does not exists in the Lifecycle project) and it is a point in time analysis. no way to automatically add your ongoing Lifecycle data. You will need to manually update data each time you'll need fresh insights. The second one is my preferred although we cannot map the hierarchy for the same reason.My interest is to keep Lifecycle data ongoing in the dashboard along with the latest engagement survey results. I’ll be able to map my future engagement surveys and display long time and just in time insights along in the same dashboard. Regarding the hiera

Hi @ps2008, In your random block, you can setup an embedded data containing the name selected.You will then be able to pipe the name in the subsequent questions even if they are not in the block. I recommend keeping the logic in the survey flow if you need to manage display of full blocks of questions but to use display logic if you want a fine grained management of specific questions.

Hi @adityadave1810, Imagine the same situation with a twist :What if my subject scolds me the day before the assessment and then I fill the assessment taking into consideration that he shouted at me. So as an evaluator for that subject, now I take it personally and I give survey negative responses for that particular subject. I think the concern is totally relevant but it is not especially related to the functionality.In any 360 evaluation, evaluators should be briefed to base their assessment on the full last year (or 6 month or whatever) and not on a recent interaction solely.
