On the CX side, applying filters to a dashboard page doesn’t automatically update the filters applied on all pages of the dashboard. You would have to select filter criteria on each page that you click on. There is an option to click on a filter and lock it though, so that it doesn’t change criteria.
Have you maybe tried using a different browser?
I agree that NPS is different from satisfaction, but they can sometimes run similar trends to each other. For example, someone who is likely to advocate for your brand/recommend it to others may also be highly likely to be satisfied. Or someone satisfied with your brand or product may be likely to recommend it to others. However, reporting on the metrics separately is important since they are 2 different questions, measuring different ideas.

There is some more information about ticket teams vs groups here: I believe assigning tickets to ticket teams based on embedded data or survey source will be one way to go about this. So you could create 3 different ticket teams and assign tickets to the correct team accordingly.With ticket groups, there are more opportunities for each member of a group to see other group’s tickets and edit them depending on their permission settings, which it sounds like wouldn’t be good for your case since you don’t want them to see each other’s tickets.
If you’re using the loop and merge feature, you might want to make sure that it’s set up correctly or that any display/skip logic around that matrix question is set up right.

I haven’t tried adding a customer’s name into the survey itself before, but I think this sounds like a great idea to be more personable. A con that I can think of though is that some customers might not want to be identified in their response, so they might be nicer with their responses or not entirely honest about their experience if they think their response can be identified/tied back to their name. If sending the survey via email, I do think it’s important to include their name though in the body of the email invitation. I personally would think it was a phishing attempt if there wasn’t an official way of addressing you.
I agree with @Nam Nguyen, I don’t believe there’s a way to transfer ownership of imported data projects, but you can share/collaborate it.
Do you have display logic/skip logic set on the questions that it’s allowing people to skip by any chance?
By gap, do you mean that you’re trying to get the two drop down boxes to be the same size?
After applying necessary display logic, you can preview/test the survey to make sure logic is working as expected.
If this survey is for class purposes, you could maybe try reaching out to a professor to see if there are any resources or help/funding for students to get access to a paid account. Like @dxh212 said though, deleting the responses won’t reset the 500 response count that you already received.
It’s generally recommended that the set embedded data block is the first block of your survey flow, unless you’re using something like an authenticator. I don’t know if that placement could’ve caused any issues

Rather than having workflow emails sent to us for a specific topic category, I set up our workflow to trigger just based on sentiment, so it’s triggered for any negative and mixed sentiment open text response that’s left. We also wanted to make sure that the comments we’re receiving our actionable though, so I also added in logic to have it trigger if “actionability” accoridng to Qualtrics is marked as “response needed.” Having response needed responses triggered rather than all negative responses helped us to not have a doubling up in tickets like you mentioned. Maybe if you had an embedded field that says how many times a member has responded to a survey, then, you would be able to create logic to not trigger a workflow if it’s more than 1. I don’t know of an automated way to do that though.
After you have configured the widget correctly, I believe that message should go away. If not, I’d try exiting out and going back into the dashboard to see if it fixes.
I’m thankful that I was able to attend the X4 conference in SLC this year. I had a lot of valuable takeways from it, and on top of that, I got to see Martha Stewart and Shaun White with my own eyes (unfortunately, not Ryan Reynolds though)! Along with the conference, I’d say that I’m specifically thankful for the dashboarding capabilities available within the Qualtrics product. They are easy to build and quickly summarize insights from, and I appreciate the ability to drill down into text IQ topics in widgets there as well. Also, I’d say finding out we can get a JBL speaker, etc. from being a part of the community made my experience with Qualtrics even better! So thank you to the community team that handles this program!
I don’t believe there should be any problems with dashboards not reflecting what’s in the recorded responses data and analysis tab. This is probably something you could ask support about if it’s an issue on their end.
Are you saying that customers are able to respond to the same survey more than once?
If you check this box that says broswer cookie, I believe it is supposed to not display more than once within the designated time frame selected.
