Saved Filters - recent change; search doesn't work

There seems to be a recent change where we see all individual's filters in our account; i used to only see my own, now each user has a very long list of filters to deal with.

Support response was to use the search to find my filters, but search does not work as expected.

Can we have the option to revert back to only seeing one's own filters?
Can the list be displayed alphabetically?
Can the search NOT be case sensitive?
The search is inconsistent, it recognizes some strings, but not others
