Hi I receive a field in my contact list named motivo1, it bring the reason why the person visited the website in a code (ex: SUP) using a json. i would need to have a question with the pipped text of de decodification of this code (ex: download of the bill), i created a java script in the header of the survey that generates the embedded data field motivopregunta. However when i put this as piped text it doesn't work, however in data and analysis i get the field filled with the right information. i am guessing it is because the field is created when the customer access the survey. Does any one has any idea of how can i make this work?Thank you!

I have a WD integration i did one test bringing them into the CX directory first, and then i re run the integration to bring them into the global directory but i have a gap of around 1000 contacts, i tried to check on the information of EX and CX everything match but i can not find any evident field that may be generating this issue. Hi Do you guys know if there is any possibility to close someone surve answer or stop this person from getting reminders after they have left the company? So for example if the employee is active on th 3 that the survey starts and he is fire or quits on the 6, is there a way to stop the survey from sending this person the survey reminders? The employees here use a personal email so even after they are gone if they are already participants in the survey they get the reminders, and we would like to avoid this. Any ideas?
Hi I have an intercept with the option of link with XM directory, i am getting the variables when it creates the contact, but it is not updating the information afterwards, so if the region for the contact the first time the intercept was displayed was region 01, but the second time it was region 02 the system keep ths contact information as region 01. Is this the expected behaviour or is there something i can do to update the contact information?

Hi, i am creating a user type that can do almost all but not able to download responses from the surveys. I deactivate the option of download responses in the permissions but when i try to do the test they still can export the responses, do you know how can i fix this? *note: they should be able to create surveys and be the survey owners so i can not just take off the permissions from the survey. We are working on EX projects.
Hi! I have enhanced anonymity active, however for some fields it is cousin problem because it groups too many options that not necessarily make sense. I tried putting this fields as not identifiable, however because of this now this fields are showing responses that do not meet the anonymity of the dashboard that is of minimum 5 answers. is there anyway to deactivate enhance anonymity from this fields but keep the anonymity. Like for the dashboard not to show results if i have less than 5 answers

Hi Guys!I have an EX survey that i need to distribute in 3 languages (ES, BR-PT. EN), the issue is that some users do not have language code in their metadata or is a code outside from this 3 and I would like for them to get the email in PT-BR but everytime i create the email EN is created as the default language. Is it possible to change this and have PT-BR as the default language for the distribution?
Hi 😊 Do you guys know how can i add embedded data to an already recorded responses in a cx survey?So I have around 400 answers in a survey and i have embedded data with the ID of the users but we were not getting the names. We have now an excel with a information of the ID and name of the user. and we would need to update the responses with this information. Is there anyway i can do this in automatic way? Hi I i am working on a EX engagement survey and i need a widget that show the number of responses that improve compare to the last survey and those that did worse. so for example if i have 26 KPI, and we improve in 3 KPIs and 4 KPS decrease to show this two numbers. the 3 and the 4. Ignore those other KPIs that did not get any variation regarding the historical data. Any idea of how can i make this work?
HiI am trying to change the sentiment from positive to negative in a comment but every time i change it to negative it goes back to positive. i was able to modify the other comments but this one keeps going back to the default score. Anyone know why?

Hi I am distributing an EX survey using a two ways approach, so i will be sending emails to those contacts who have it and i am also sending an anonymous link for those who don't to authenticate using the uniqueID, however i would like to know if using this distribution i can still use the response rate widget and how would it work.
