I’m afraid not, when distributing through social media, you’re acctually sharing a anonymous link so there’s no way Qualtrics can know which respondent to be quarantine.
Contact frequency rule only works if Qualtrics does the distribution and it checking rule with directory (i.e via email, app, website).
