quarantine rules for a social media distribution

Hi! Can you please specify or define what you mean by “quarantine rules”?

i mean to avoid the customer to be able to answer the survey more than one time a month.

I’m afraid not, when distributing through social media, you’re acctually sharing a anonymous link so there’s no way Qualtrics can know which respondent to be quarantine. 

Contact frequency rule only works if Qualtrics does the distribution and it checking rule with directory (i.e via email, app, website).
