Hi 

Do you guys know if there is any possibility to close someone surve answer or stop this person from getting reminders after they have left the company? 

So for example if the employee is active on th 3 that the survey starts and he is fire or quits on the 6, is there a way to stop the survey from sending this person the survey reminders? 

The employees here use a personal email so even after they are gone if they are already participants in the survey they get the reminders, and we would like to avoid this. 

 

Any ideas?

Either opt-out or delete their contact record.

@Erikahuer Upload new contact list is the best way to get rid of them.

If the employees are participant users, you could also go to the “admin” tab and under “users,” search for that employee’s name and click “delete user” on the right next to their name.

is there any automatic way?
We have a lot of movement in this company so the amount of users leaving and arriving is kinda of big.
