I’m not attending this year, but based on my experience last year, while the keynotes were great, the sessions I took extensive notes on and refer back to came from the case studies presented during the breakouts by my peers. The Hartford and MercadoLibre were two of my favs. And of course, the session by Ben Granger.
I love all of the animal posts and pictures! I’m learning about new animals. I like the frog - agile and adaptable.
It’s an easy group to love! Friendly, responsive, kind people - what more could you ask for?
Only a few days in and I expect 2024 to be challenging on many personal and professional levels. It will require resilience and support. I want to hold myself accountable this year to both seek and give help.

I have 8 year old and 14 year old daughters, and both are big fan of horror movies. So far we have seen all of Conjuring, Annabelle, The Nun, Sabrina and many more series. They enjoyed Wednesday series on Netflix and awaiting for the next season. :) Apart from Cricket World Cup (not a spooky activity tho... )… May be we will re-watch one of those series again in this Halloween month. We also enjoyed Wednesday as a family!
I love to bake! I’m not a cake decorator, just a home baker that likes to show love through sweet treats.Simple blueberry torte:Cream 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. butter or margarine together. Add 1c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, dash of salt, & 2 eggs. Place in 9" spring form pan. Cover entire surface with 1 pint blueberries Sprinkle top with sugar, a little lemon juice, and cinnamon (use a heavy hand). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
After X4, I now have a new excitement for The Killers: All These Things That I’ve Done- The Killers Somebody Told Me- The Killers Howling’ For You- The Black Keys Something In the Orange- Zach Bryan wasn’t that a great show?!

How fortunate am I to get to hear Malala speak on International Women's Day!? What a privilege and honor. My goal at X4 is to get inspired and energized so I can bring back ideas to engage my organization - I have no doubt this will happen!

You may need to ask your brand admin to give you access to the previous surveys. Then you can see them, the data and copy and paste. Or, to see previous surveys I believe the brand admin could also save them as templates to the account.

I love Stephen King's short stories. The Long Walk is my favorite. It reads like a pre-cursor to The Hunger Games. Although many may not consider them horror, I find dystopian futures scary!
I think COVID forced many organizations to adapt quickly and adopt technology much faster than they might have previously. It was very reactive and not very strategic. Instead of reverting back or sticking with the "good enough" status quo and the hastily implemented policies and quasi-remote programs, I hope people and organizations take the time and make the investment in a more strategic approach.
I love seeing all of this appreciation for teachers! Both of my parents were public school teachers growing up and they worked tirelessly on behalf of their students. My dad taught special education and instilled in me that everyone deserves to be seen, respected and heard. My mom went back to complete her education to become a kindergarten teacher when I was in elementary school - instilling the importance of education from both a personal and professional standpoint.

I wasn't very long into working from home with a newly adopted puppy when I heard a loud noise from my kitchen. I ran downstairs to find Lacey was either the cause of or protecting me from the bang!PS - no dogs were harmed in the process. Three years later she has calmed a bit.
