- Expanded our topics // categories to include UX & UX Research, Extension SDK, XM Community Newsletters, Expert Knowledge, Qualtrics Partner Network (exclusive to Qualtrics partners), xFlow, XM Discover, Social Connect, Survey Platform (Before March, 2021), and Virtual XM Events.
- Created and launched new engagement programs, such as Basecamp Wednesdays, Getting Started Mondays, XM Pros Virtual Events, Virtual XM Events, XM Community Connect, and Holidays.
