I loaded my historical data into the same project to preserve the data and the ability to map trends for the dashboards.You can always add a metadata field to define your responses by region to allow additional filtering as an option. As for worrying about something going wrong: I typically create a clone of the project when I am loading data. If the load goes well, I make the new “primary” project. If it doesn’t go well, you can delete and start over. Working iteratively allows for more attempts without damaging the overall project.You can always add them as their own project and map them into the dashboard as additional datasources if there are too many concerns about overlap and messy data.

My favorite animal is the ringtail. They’re local to my area (and can sometimes be found in my trashcans). I know some folks who keep them as pets but I love having them around my property because they are excellent at keeping the rodent population down.
We figured out the issue after speaking with the Qualtrics Support team. When we updated the type on our dates from text to dates, the system registered those as new metadata entries for that field (even though the characters ahdn’t changed, the data type had). We allow retakes on our new hire survey to capture rehires and we use the latest hire date field changes to determine if someone is eligible to retake the survey. So, even though we did not alter the actual dates (a start date of 03/03/2003 still read the same), changing the type triggered this retake eligibility. Does anyone have experience with marking participants as having received an invitation (such as adding historical candidates etc) without the system sending them an invite? I have about 10k employees still marked as eligible and I do not want them to receive an invite when the automation goes live again.
Our account manager provided me with a solution and I wanted to share it here in case anyone else runs into this. You can use In or Not In and seperate with commas like this:This allows you to use as many variables as you need so long as you are using less than 20 metadata fields total for your Participant filters. I am currently filtering for about 50 fields using this method.
I plan to get a better handle on using large language models and generative AI this year. I am already working thorugh a number of trainings and personal projects to improve my knbowledge of this.
Currently we have a report built in the reporting part of the dashboard and it is emailed out to the appropriate recipient. I’m not the main admin for this particular project but I believe they automated the email using a workflow with a time trigger. I know it was, at least for a while, manually bundled and emailed to a few different groups
If you go to the Edit menu for the bar chart, click on Display. Under Legends, you should have the option to change the color for each segment. If you click on the color box, you have the option to select a new one for each segment.
My favorite holiday food is a pretty basic item, but it has alot of fond memories for me. Homemade dinner rolls at Thanksgiving. My grandmother used to make them from scratch and they would just melt in your mouth.

Hello, We are currently experimenting with this exact situation. Integrating lifecycle data into an engagement dashboard and vice versa. I would suggest using the Journey Analytics project type to join the projects together. it creates a very robust dataset that allows for a lot of comparative data views. Alternatively, integrating the data as a secondary data source also works depending on how your data is set up.Setting up a Journey Analytics project will allow you to join your projects and create an integrated dashboard with both types of projects. There are two types of project joins available to you in Journey Analytics. I recommend testing each to see which satisfies your requirements the best. It is a very quick and easy way to set up a dashboard with multiple projects. Make sure you preview your dataset before publishing. This is the easiest method for bringing both together as trying to add a hierarchical based survey to a lifecycle survey as a secondary data source does not o
We report hierarchical data on heatmaps at multiple levels and our solution was to place a hierarchy filter so when the manager changes the filter the “one level below” changes to reflect the new filter. When we push our report, we have 3 heatmap pages that go out for VP level, Director level and Manager level that is each filtered to display the one below view for that particular level of leadership. It is the best solution we came up for given the parameters of the widget. We never pursued breaking out further levels down on the same heatmap as it would run horizontally for far too long and would become difficult to report on.
