In the Data & Analysis tab, you can export a single response to a PDF. Is there a way to export all responses to PDF instead of going through each one individually and saving and/or printing?
I'd like a respondent to pick their birthday from a calendar/date picker and then calculate and store their age with the response. Is this possible?
Hi all,I'm hoping to gain some insights into whether others are facing similar challenges with Qualtrics. In my role managing our Qualtrics license at my university, I've noticed an unusual situation this year: we haven't received our annual license renewal notice, which is typically issued around September.I've attempted to contact Qualtrics repeatedly over the past three months, using both direct contacts and Qualtrics support channels, but I haven't received any response. This is quite unusual compared to my years experiences with them.Additionally, a colleague at another institution also had difficulties engaging with Qualtrics for a product demo. It took her multiple emails and two weeks to get a response, and when finally a Qualtrics representative emailed back and scheduled a phone call - no one called.Is anyone else encountering similar communication issues with Qualtrics, or does anyone have any insights into these recent changes in service?Thanks.

Hello, I've been looking for information on how to create a pop-up button that when clicked brings up a box of additional information - but I have only found "hover-over" options and an option for using the "next" button as a pop up option. I'd like to have a button that says "Click here for examples you can use to edit or complete your list" that appears under a text entry form. When clicked, a pop-up window would appear with information. I am new to Qualtrics with little knowledge on coding. Is there a simple way to do this without coding knowledge? If there is another page with information on this already I'm happy to be redirected. Thank you!
Hi I would like to use the MacArthur Scale of Subjective Social Status on a Qualtrics Survey. This requires at the minimum a vertical scale, preferably with a scale ladder graphic. Does anyone have any experience developing/designing this? Hi everyone, For a new research project, I ask participants to evaluate fictitious job candidates. The information of the job candidates is summarized in a small table (implemented in Qualtrics as a descriptive text). Since the participants in the survey need to evaluate the candidates with respect to a bunch of statements it would be great if the table with info would move down when the participants scroll down through the statements. In this way the participants can always see the qualifications of the job applicants while evaluating them. I was wondering how I could implement this in Qualtics? I have seen discussions regarding fixing images, however with respect to fixing questions I have not seen any solutions for my problem so far. Maybe good to know is that I am completely new when it comes to coding. So any detailed solution on how I could program this, would be great!Thanks in advance for the input!Hannah
I'm trying to understand how to query the individual results of a survey. - I configure an Event Subscription for "surveyengine.completedResponse.{SurveyID}". - Qualtrics sends a push notification to my server with the ResponseID and SurveyID each time {SurveyID} receives a response. How do I then get the data associated with that response? From reading the documentation making a request to https://yourdatacenterid.qualtrics.com/API/v3/responseexports will give me ALL responses - I just want the single response.
I am looking to pilot a survey study and want to test the graphical slider (smile), the graphics for the neutral and positive conditions are great, but the negative ones are super angry rather than just sad. Is it possible to change the graphics with styling or java, if so has anyone done it and can they share their code? Thanks in adv. M
Hi! I would like to add additional information for some keywords in our survey that should be displayed when hovering over the keyword (or clicking the keyword) in an additional pop-up box or tooltip. Using the html span-titel command unfortunately only works for computers but not if accessing the survey with a mobile device. Also, the pop-up box disappears very quickly on some browsers (Internet Explorer... yeah, people exist that still use it :D ), which makes it impossible to read the text. Another problem is, that on some browsers, it takes quite some time until the pop-up appears. Could someone share Java-code with me to solve this issue, or maybe lead me to a topic where this was already solved? I have digged through the community posts but weren't able to find a properly working java solution. Happy for any suggestions!
Is anyone integrating or sending information to Power BI from Qualtrics? If so, how is it going for you. We are using Power BI to do quite a bit of reporting dashboards for our operational teams. It is still in its infancy, but so far so good. I use Vocalize for my CX studies and other on-going studies, but might look at pushing some of my results into Power BI since so many in our organization will be using it regularly.

HelloI recently added some timing questions to my survey without realising they caused my custom javascript to cease functioning (I am assuming this as no other changes were made). However, after removing all the timing questions the code still doesn’t function. The code is supposed to take a value entered by the respondents and perform some functions upon the click of a button. These values are then displayed to the respondent. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

Goal: Use Lifecycle Surveys (EX) to automate surveys to managers of new hires. The surveys are used to assess the recruiting process.My Environment: My Directory is auto-populated nightly. Automation is set up on my manager project to pull in managers who recently hired an employee. I have Message Automation set up to send messages weekly. I can't create multiple user profiles for a manager, because manager user profiles are used with our SSO login for dashboard viewing. Use Case 1: I have a survey sent to managers one week before their new hire starts. I want to be able to send the survey to these managers when they've hired a second (or third or fourth) employee at a later date. The Problem: By default. Message Automation only sends messages to participants whose Project Status is Not Complete. So, anyone who has a second new hire will be in one of two scenarios:They completed their previous survey. Hello,I am attempting to use a calendar date box, I have inserted using import from library -> demographics ->calendar and date questions -> enter a date. My only problem is this comes out in US date format MM/DD/YYYY and I need it to be in UK DD/MM/YYYY format. Is it possible to hide some lines of text appearing in a survey footer for the first 3 pages of the survey only?
Hi, If I have a CSAT question and thereafter a question asking for reasons behind the option selection somewhat like below. Is that possible? I know I can include the answer from the previous question but can a statement be introduced based on answer in the question? I have highlighted the 2 words I need to include based on the response provided. So if they select 7-10 I want satisfied to appear but not the rest, and if they select 1-6 I want “not entirely satisfied” to appear. Thanks
Hello Everyone, I am writing here because I am encountering some issues when creating my survey for my thesis. I am studying whether matching a chatbot personality to the user can yield to a greater acceptance. To do so, after asking their personality type, I would like to assign each participant randomly to different treatments. However, with the way I’m doing things, the participant goes through all these blocks one after the other. Here below is a screenshot of the Survey Flow. Hi all,I am looking at the java instructions to retrieve the data inputted in a matrix-type question. My question looks like this: The A and B boxes are text entries but conditioned to numerical values. The options 1, 2, 3, 4 seem to be radio type. What I want is to save in a embedded variable what is inputted in A and B, then retrieve also which option was selected 1 or 2 for A or 3 or 4 for B. Edit: I want to do this while submitting the answer because I need to calculate a value from the A and B boxes that conditioned the appearance of the next question. Thank you for any insight!
Hi ! I am running a survey that needs to ask the same question 20 times changing one word in the question. To do so, I have created a loop with the 20 options and selected Randomise loop order to make sure that these questions appear in a random order. Up to here everything works fine. The problem is that now I have to ask a follow up question - but I want this question to appear only for 6 out of the 20 questions. And I want this follow up question to appear directly after the previous one, not after the whole loop is completed. For instance: Question 1: What is your opinion on …A… ?For this question we have 20 options, so: A,B,C,D,E,F,… up to 20.I want this question to appear for the 20 options but in a random order. Question 2: Do you know where A comes from?This question will only appear for 6 out of the 20 options, and directly after question 1. After responding to this question, the loop would continue with question 1 for other options. Any help is more than welcome! Thank yo
