QM logic not working on the survey

Hi All,We have a survey that is currently being triggered using JavaScript to manually load our survey instead of the usual page load method. Additionally, we've integrated a QM script which provides session links, session cookies, and user cookies. API - Question??? 😣

Hi everyone,I hope you're all doing well.We have a wonderful form that populates a Google Sheet. Colleagues then engage in a process of copying and pasting data from the Google Sheet into our in-house CMS.Is it possible for Qualtrics to populate our CMS? If a change is made to the data in the CMS, could this then trigger a Qualtrics event, such as sending an email?Thanks :) 🤞

Drupal Form to Plain text to import to Qualtrics

Qualtrics Oauth webservice

Hello,I’m trying to connect salesforce using the Qualtrics workflow → webservice  → Authentication → Oauth method. I got redirect into error page as “Internal Error : Qualtrics. Please connect support team” I have provided the Callback URL as per the document as “https://{dataCenter}.qualtrics.com/oauth-client-service/redirect”.provide Consumer Key and Secret from salesforce connected app.Used the following URL for token and authorize.https://{mydomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/tokenhttps://{mydomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/authorizeI tried to create an user Account in Qualtrics its redirect to salesforce for authorize - its success.Then, its getting an error page as “Internal Error : Qualtrics. Line Break for custom text on Next Button

Hello,I added a privacy notice for my survey and added a custom text on the next button saying “I consent to the processing as described above and will participate in the market research study”.Unfortunately the text is quite long and not fully displayed on mobile. How can I add a line break?If I do it with HTML, then this code is shown as button text, but no line break is executed.FYI: I have a customized survey layout with logo and customized colors for buttons, maybe this has an influence Thanks & best,Laura

Pass a reserved embedded field into a custom embedded field

Okay, so I have a survey with with Recipient Email that I don’t seem to be able to pull into a Report build, but I have found a way to use a custom embedded field that I have set up ‘respondentEmail’ that I can pull in as a Break out in the report. Problem is I don’t want to have to update the ‘respondentEmail’ field in the data and analysis tab manually for several 100 records.Is there a way, without a reimport, to map or formulate to get the Receipient Email into the respondantEmail field?  Many thanks for any feedback!Singed: I don’t like to do things manually :)

Info about "sent surveys" to update contacts in Salesforce

Hello everyone, is there a way to get Salesforce contacts updated after a survey has been sent to them?The distribution of the survey happens automatically through a message trigger in QX. When a contact gets added to the QX list, a specific survey will be sent to them. The goal is that our agents get the info, if an email with that survey has been sent to a customer. If the customer got one, but hasn’t participated (which we would know as there wouldn’t be a created record in Salesforce with the response), our agents would have the option to reach out to them.Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

End of survey message based on number of questions participant completed

Hi all, I would like to show a different end of survey message to respondents based on how many questions they answered or how much of the survey they completed. I did not want to require questions in case participants are uncomfortable answering certain questions, but students will receive course credit from their professors for completing the survey so I also don’t want them to get credit for clicking through the whole survey without answering a question. I was trying to do this using embedded data -> branch logic (recipient response count → if greater than __, then *message) but I saw online that this data point may actually refer to the total number of recipients who have responded to the survey or the total number of responses to each question. Can anyone clarify this for me? Or does anyone have any recommendations?

CUSTOM FIELDS - extract data from SUCCESSFACTORS task in workflow

Chat with your Qualtrics Data!

Hey Everyone, I’ve recently experimented with using AI to analyze my Qualtrics data and built a small widget that allows you to chat with your Qualtrics data. It works fairly well on large surveys and can do some advanced calculations! Assign and visualise pre-generated username and password to participants

Hi everyone!For my survey I have to provide participants with username and password that they have to use in a subsequent survey they'll be redirected to (on an external software). I have an excel file with usernames and passwords (see example below): I'd like participants to be randomly assigned to one of this credentials (without repetition of course).In order to do so I created a multiple choice question with the numbers 1-20 set as the choice values, I used advanced randomisation to select a random subset of 1 value from all options and to used the "Evenly Present" option to ensure that Qualtrics does not reuse numbers. Then I uses JS to hide the question from view -:$(this.questionId).hide();Afterwards I coupled it with embedded data, which i then branched with an authenticator with contact list (the excel file).However, when i try to show participants their usernames and values nothing shows up in the preview (see screenshots). Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Constant Sum and Piped Text causing error

Hello,I am hoping to get help with a constant sum question error.I am using piped text as default choice in my constant sum question statements and I have made one a negative (so I added a “-”). I am basically looking to subtract expenses from Income automatically for the user. The calculation and piped text work perfect but when I go to proceed in survey I get a “Please enter valid number” error message due to the piped text. Is there custom code to ignore the validation for a constant sum question? I have no validation on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

Should I export all survey responses to another platform like Salesforce or keep them in Qualtrics?

Hi everyone,What is the best practice for integrating Qualtrics with another platform like Salesforce?  Should I create fields in Salesforce for each question and transfer all of the responses from Qualtrics to Salesforce for analysis?  Or should I just transfer the fact that a Salesforce Contact responded to a certain survey?   Thanks,Peter

When a phone call interrupts a mobile survey?

Hello Everyone,This is my first survey and I have a question about this eal-world situation:A person used ScanLife on a flyer with a QR code to start the survey. During the survey, the phone receives a call and the participant takes it. How does the participant get back to the survey. If you click on ScanLife, the phone is stuck in “Loading” spin.What should I do as survey creator to prevent this?
