Thanks Scott. Creating surveys in Qualtrics is easy in comparison to the standard of other survey platforms (surveymonkey, Alchemer). I find that the survey creation process is at least comparable to those, but can I ask if you tend to create surveys in word or another word processor first and then transfer the survey into Qualtrics? Our product is intended as a time saver for companies or individuals that write a custom survey in word/google docs first (and usually a somewhat longer custom survey rather than 3-5 question survey you might see after a digital experience). @SurvAI Solutions in some cases we do, however the offline version may be created after we make the changes or draft survey into Qualtrics. There is time where we need review of questionnaires and as such it’s easier to conduct this outside of the platform and we might do that first. Working in financial services, we are seeing a narrowing of our survey distribution channels as opposed to increasing them, given both organisational choices and respondents own preferences and concerns for security. For reducing our bias though our focus is very much on our survey triggers and ensuring we capture at different stages of journeys i.e. not capturing successful journeys only. This often includes looking at our internal data points and considering balancing our survey data with other passive listening (non-survey measures). I also find organisational culture can drive bias across any survey program and so fostering a culture that is curious and is open to both good and bad results is key to reducing bias through surveying. Less around distribution, I believe AI detection in the quality of feedback received and where feedback/results may not be representative based on a range of parameters given would be highly useful. @ScottG thank you so much
Yep you can, as per MatthewM advice.My add to this, is through the templates response you may want to use you can also embed variables you have about the respondent such as their name etc in order to personalise what you send. I am not sure if the email enables any attachment (just haven’t tried it) but you definitely can include text and urls to resources.
@SurvAI Solutions my feedback is I find the process to create surveys in Qualtrics easy as it is and not sure an AI feature adds a lot of value. Where AI helps is dynamically editing the questions customers are asked based on their responses, something I’d love to see Qualtrics add.

Sadly I don’t think anyone wouldn’t know someone who hasn’t been impacted by Cancer, and all the charities are worthy causes to support.I have personal connections with QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute here in Australia who do some incredible cancer research amongst others illnesses and happily support where I know good research is being done to hopefully ease the pain it causes.

Welcome @AlonsoC!! Also congrats @AmaraW on the new role! On the question what keeps me coming back, is I love to see how others are using the platform, and often reading some of the questions inspires me with new things to try. I love to see and hear different opportunities to make best use of the capabilities, and also problem solve where things aren’t quite what you need them to be.
@Carlos Godoy you can map multiple surveys into a single dashboard and export from there.
@RickB Normally I’d set up a workflow to create alerts, but in this instance this is not something that can be done. Suggest you could add it as a feature request in the ideas tab above, I’ve had a few progress so it’s definitely reviewed.
Hey @Ingrid_M (and anyone who finds this thread in the future), This has effectively been solved recently with a new feature called “private list data”: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/iq-directory/lists-tab/creating-mailing-lists/#PrivateListData Basically if you set your mailing list to use private data, any embedded data used is exclusive to that mailing list and does not update the contact’s embedded data at the directory level. There is no need to purge existing data anymore 🎉 I am still testing this out myself though, so please do your own due diligence for your surveys. There is an edge case to be considered - if your survey references embedded data that is not in your private mailing list but does exist for that contact at the directory level, it will pipe in the value from the directory (rather than default to a blank value). If your survey uses embedded data to create lists with dynamic length, you will want to double check that you don’t accidentally trigger this behav
@AC2022C a few options, but none that exactly solve what your after.extend out the timeframe someone has for completion of survey and then instruct them not to finish the survey, if they haven’t completed all (maybe add question to ask if they have completed all sections) send out a retake survey link; their old responses are saved - does require you to send this manually Retake Survey Link (qualtrics.com) adjust survey settings to enable multiple responses, although then you need to manage duplicate responses to merge these
@nate60dB, InessaG is correct in that this can’t be done. Setting up a question first to ask which they want, is definitely one way. Another way can be to create 2 surveys and give different links depending on how you are distributing your surveys.
@AlVes I am not sure how your trying to view the results, there is many different ways to do this in qualtrics. However it sounds like is you need to use the data from question ‘What kind of veterinarian are you’ as a filter, to split the remaining results by. This is definitely possible. I am with @ahmedA to use the side-by-side question which will be easier for respondents to answer this.
@danielle.david we definitely do, however may depend on your workflow tasks. For example you can adjust a data field at the end of one workflow i.e. ‘status’, and then use that status change to trigger the next workflow.
In line with this month's badge theme, wild animals, I would like to introduce water deers, which are especially famous animals in Korea. It's called Go-la-ni, and it's also called Vampire deer because its long fangs stick out of its mouth. It is a rare species all over the world, very common in Korea and even in the suburbs, it is a very common animal that can be seen on the road during the day. Especially my sons' favorite animals, and I wish I could live with them on Earth all the time. @SewanYun I have never heard of this animal and it was an absolute hit with my nieces when I showed them, they love all sorts of animals and was really cool to be able to introduce them to one they didn’t know about. No worries, just wanted to flag it as you’ve taken time to articulate your issue/idea and posting outside of that I am not sure it be seen by the right people with ability to implement it. I’ve had success myself in Qualtrics picking up ideas though from the Evolve hub so can recommend.

Just adding this is correct, no solution for this - be good if there was, and ideally connected with other integrations i.e. mobile app as well.
I agree, we had issues when trying to use translation in CX dashboard too - we didn’t solve it though. We have translation on survey end working fine, but translating back to English is where we had issues in dashboard. For now we left it as it was only a small part of our overall program.
I love how helpful the community is and a special thanks to all the key contributors who really go out of their way to solve some questions and find new use cases for the tools within the platform. Using the community has been awesome for pushing our team to consider how we best utilise the platform.
@Swyatt my understanding of this is to change the size you must upload custom creative for the button. The default button from Qualtrics should be auto-responsive to site/device and length of text. Shortening or lengthening any text within button is the only option I know of which changes size.Hopefully someone else might be able to jump in with custom code, but I haven’t come across this. For our surveys, it was more of feedback being the button was too small on web - resulting in uploading our own creative for this.Changing how long the feedback button/tab is present for might be another solution if it is getting in the way.

I like the solution provided above, however an alternative is if you can create sets of personalised links & provide participants matching corresponding links.
