Hi!Guys do you know what would be the best path to send responses to a data lake?Would it be better to recommend an SFTP or an API?Especially taking into account there are embedded data fields that should not be share with the data lake so which one would give us more flexibility and safety to avoid confidential information to be send out.

Hi Guys!I have an EX survey that i need to distribute in 3 languages (ES, BR-PT. EN), the issue is that some users do not have language code in their metadata or is a code outside from this 3 and I would like for them to get the email in PT-BR but everytime i create the email EN is created as the default language. Is it possible to change this and have PT-BR as the default language for the distribution?

Hi I need to create a project that will send the employee a survey in every work anniversary, however the only information that i have from when the employee started working is the date of admission so I am in doubt of how to add the participant automatically and then make sure the system send them a new invitation and allow them to take a new survey saving the past results every year. HiI am having an issue with reports.Regardless of the user i select the reports always shows as if it had only one answer and when i download the report i get this message:You do not meet the requirements to view your report. Contact your organization administrator.I am a brand administrator user. I took off the anonymity requirements to check if that was the issue but i keep getting the same error.i was trying to check with an user who already has more than 4 responses but the reports keep showing just one response. Anyone experienced something like this and knows how to fix it?
HiI have an intercept that creates a contact in the directory, however it has some information that would be needed to be updated at every interaction. For example one of the information that are created with the user is the service they used, this may change over time, however with this connection the contact is just created using the java and it does not update the contact after this first interaction. Is there a way to maybe add a java script in the survey to capture the new user information, or is there a way to update this information using the java that already exist to create the contact?Or is there any way to update this information?

I have a WD integration i did one test bringing them into the CX directory first, and then i re run the integration to bring them into the global directory but i have a gap of around 1000 contacts, i tried to check on the information of EX and CX everything match but i can not find any evident field that may be generating this issue. Hi!I have a survey that is distributed by email. It has a workflow that is started by a JSON and then this JSON bring the contacts and distributes the survey and add the contact to the directory.Sometimes the required team do not actionate the JSON, so i would like to know if there is a way i can get an email every time the flow is not activated. I noticed it exists only for cases when the workflow has errors and does not work but since the issue is that the JSON was not activated, the system does not flag it as an error. Hi I have an intercept with the option of link with XM directory, i am getting the variables when it creates the contact, but it is not updating the information afterwards, so if the region for the contact the first time the intercept was displayed was region 01, but the second time it was region 02 the system keep ths contact information as region 01. Is this the expected behaviour or is there something i can do to update the contact information?

Hi Do you guys know if there is any possibility to close someone surve answer or stop this person from getting reminders after they have left the company? So for example if the employee is active on th 3 that the survey starts and he is fire or quits on the 6, is there a way to stop the survey from sending this person the survey reminders? The employees here use a personal email so even after they are gone if they are already participants in the survey they get the reminders, and we would like to avoid this. Any ideas?
Hi 😊 Do you guys know how can i add embedded data to an already recorded responses in a cx survey?So I have around 400 answers in a survey and i have embedded data with the ID of the users but we were not getting the names. We have now an excel with a information of the ID and name of the user. and we would need to update the responses with this information. Is there anyway i can do this in automatic way? Hi I receive a field in my contact list named motivo1, it bring the reason why the person visited the website in a code (ex: SUP) using a json. i would need to have a question with the pipped text of de decodification of this code (ex: download of the bill), i created a java script in the header of the survey that generates the embedded data field motivopregunta. However when i put this as piped text it doesn't work, however in data and analysis i get the field filled with the right information. i am guessing it is because the field is created when the customer access the survey. Does any one has any idea of how can i make this work?Thank you!
I have a survey with multiple blocks and i want to randomize them so every participant just sees one of the blocks, however i want to make sure that the distribution of the population is equivalent for each block in terms of country, management level and grade.
