I have a survey that is distributed by email. It has a workflow that is started by a JSON and then this JSON bring the contacts and distributes the survey and add the contact to the directory.
Sometimes the required team do not actionate the JSON, so i would like to know if there is a way i can get an email every time the flow is not activated.
I noticed it exists only for cases when the workflow has errors and does not work but since the issue is that the JSON was not activated, the system does not flag it as an error.
